First lot was smashed to bits..card also ruined. Royal mail left parcel with our grandkids knowing full well beer and glass bottles were smashed and wet thru box! Idiot mail man!should have returned to you. I rang up and you sent asap another box and card. I thank you for that.

Two of the bottles arrived broken. If you order something fragile it should be sent safely. Will not order again

Gift not received and I was not informed that delivery had been failed by Royal Mail This was extremely embarrassing as I thought the recipient had received the gift. They also assumed I had forgotten their birthday.

My first attempt to have a Moonpig gift of a box of beer delivered for a family members birthday failed due to Royal Mail inexplicably not delivering the box of beer, not even late, just not at all. I reluctantly agreed to it being reordered and this time I was in luck as Royal Mail used Ace Ventura to deliver the beer and it was dropped off (literally) completely smashed to pieces. Shocking really and Moonpig offered me a credit, very poor I had to demand a refund into my bank account to choose where I next spend my money. The AI bot was more apologetic than the human agent, just wow!!

The beers where a present for my dad, but 1 bottle was smashed, I am not asking for compensation but I suggest that fragile items are better packed Many thanks Gillian

One bottle of the six was smashed. Box was wet and leaked beer all over the porch

I was advised that one of the bottles arrived broken and that it was not very well packaged. The recipiant advised that they had had this issue before fron Moonpig. I had not used Moonpig before and would not again for gifts, especially if they are breakable, card was okay though.

Order has just arrived that was meant to be delivered last Thursday. Bottle of ale smashed and ruined the box and card in the box also. I’m devastated as this was a gift needed for end of the week. Please could I have some sort of compensation for this. I’ve emailed already and sent more photos and videos but still waiting a reply
