The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
- Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
- Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.

Absolutely awful sent to my mum for mothers days the 1st picture is what I ordered from the websites the 2nd is what was delivered for £36.99 years and also the response to the complaint eventually refunded after 2 hours of complaining but did not refund the £7.99 delivery charge emailed them to escalate the complaint 3 days ago and no response

Never received - Moonpig only offers AI for customer support which took 4 days to resolve. Really hard when I'm in Australia and this was my experience expressing Mother's Day love to my mother in the UK

Have used Moonpig a few times now, always good value and my mum was very happy, despite royal mail messing up the delivery, DPD driver, Boniface was absolutely lovely, he texted my mum and also rang her, was very patient in having to wait for her to get to the door, helped her with the flowers and very friendly and polite. Thumbs up guys.

The florist omitted to include the sachet of liquid to help lengthen the life of the flowers, despite it being referred to in the information supplied - not happy
