It's an excellent card and was well received. Unfortunately, it arrived a few days late. This could of course be down to the postal system, which wouldn't surprise me.

Very disappointed with the delivery time. You advertise 1-3 days but my order took almost a week to arrive even though the address was a Melbourne suburb. Not good enough

I picked the middle size and apparently its giant so i should have gone with the smaller size, but the price has increased significantly since last year

Card never arrived! Granddaughter very disappointed as was I. I was recommended this service but unwilling to trust you now. The product looks good online but failed in reality.I I would like a full refund and apology as well as a reason for failures. Regards Noel Kelly
