When I ordered this you asked what day it was delivered. Ordered it on 31st December, delivered 6th Jan 8pm. Totally missed her birthday, very disappointed with your service. Will not use you again.

I don't know if the product is okay as it has not been delivered on the day I requested, I am really annoyed, gave over a week notice, needed it on a weekend to delivered, I received an email to say they received the parcel on the Saturday and will deliver to my friend on Monday!!! She will be at work, I am so annoyed
