The first card I received was a poor quality matt paper and it had black ink streaks down the front of it. In fairness to Moonpig, I contacted them and they immediately re-sent a new card to me, this time on a glossy card, and the quality was perfect, so all in all no complaints from me, as they rectified the problem without issue or quibble.

The card was lovely, unfortunately it arrived the day after the recipient’s birthday. So it kinda defeated the purpose :)
