For the second time in 2026 I am left incredibly frustrated. For fathers day, I ordered a card and a pack of beers to be delivered a week in advance of the day to find out on the day that none of it had been delivered, it had been lost and the products were then out of stock so could not be ordered again, so I got a full refund. ONCE AGAIN, at the end of August I ordered a card and pack of beers for my dad for his birthday. I found out today that ONCE AGAIN neither had been delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable service from Moonpig and Royal Mail. I will never use this pathetic excuse for a service again.
