Arrived squashed. Emailed to let Moonpig know and had no response. Really disappointing for a gift to show up like a piece of rubbish to someone special and to not even get a reply to say sorry.

This product was part of a birthday present to be delivered on a Saturday. My friend was in but only received a card. Nobody knocked with the gift. Her son found the gift in an outside bin storage 6 days later. They were squashed and in bad condition. I have been unwell and in bed for the last week so have only just been informed. I would not order again.

Product came complete despite being 24 hours late and in a poor condition, I'm guessing this was totally down to Royal Mail as Moonpig would not have despatched a product in such poor condition
