The product arrived broken in a soaking wet box from smashed bottles. The recipient refused the parcel as everything was wet. Moonpig were good and I received a refund but as it was for an 18th birthday it was very disappointing.

The recipient enjoyed receiving the beer and drinking it but I personally haven’t tried it so can’t give it a personal rating but didn’t receive any complaints

One of the four bottles arrived 'smashed'. Moonpig reacted to my previous review (mentioned smashed bottle) and wanted the order number. Heard nothing since.

I ordered this product to be delivered on my elderly fathers birthday . I got an email from Royal mail saying there was an issue and they sent it back to you. I messaged you and got no reply . You finally delivered it 3 days later. I got no communication from you at all. Only messages about giving a good review. I was really disappointed with the service to be honest, I dont know if it was because it was glass being delivered . Not sure if I can use you again because I will my worried it would happen again!

The product is fine but the packaging is dire. Both attempts were smashed by the time they arrived
