Shouldn’t give next day delivery as an option when it doesn’t happen even though I paid and was promised it would arrive by an agent!

I didn't get the card, and had to go to a physical card shop to buy a replacement quickly before my friend's birthday. Blame the post or Moonpig, I don't know. Wanted to leave 0 stars.
