Product was not delivered. It took several emails to arrange delivery- which wad over a week late despite me paying for next day tracked delivery. An apology would have been nuce- an explanation would have been even better! The card was loveku, though

I can't judge the quality as it went straight to the recipient so I've never seen it, but I assume it was of similar quality to Moonpig cards I've received so OK.
