Terrible customer 'service' although I made the card myself online (all they do is print it!) I might as well have delivered it too! I paid EXTRA on postage so that it was tracked and next day delivery. I know it was supposed to be delivered on the Monday but it ended up in Glasgow! The address was in London and I live in London. I tried to contact someone in Moonpig all day Sunday and Monday and Tuesday morning explaining that it was a card for someone to be delivered before they go away. No one got back to me and the AI response was ridiculous. So they resent the card which didn't help as it got there by Thursday so much later than I was guaranteed. I don't expect Moonpig to be responsible for the AWFUL MESS that is the Royal Mail however as the agents they should have at least respnded to me on the Monday and resolved the issue by reissuing another card on the Monday. Instead they offered me £3.99 which was ridiculous because I don't need £3.99 - I needed someone to reply to my email. The following emails I DID then receive did not take any responsibility for their very poor customer service instead kept saying 'we offered you £3.99' as if THAT was the answer for poor customer service. I've used Moonpig for years but now wont use again.
