Good card, but difficult to navigate the site. I was offered a 50% discount, but when this was applied at checkout, the code was not recognised. I won't be tempted again.

Card would have been fine if it hadn’t arrived a day late. Perhaps you should use a more reliable delivery service. Unfortunately I would not be confident in using Moonpig again.

Needed to send a nice card urgently with guaranteed 1-2 day delivery so chose Moonpig. Great card delivered to Royal Mail in just over an hour. Unfortunately it then sat in Royal Mails’ Midlands Super Hub for 3 days before finally being delivered after 4 days. Moonpig’s response was immediate after I contacted them and they apologised and refunded the p&p. Still heard nothing from Royal Mail despite filling in a terrible rating on their response form. It’s s relatively small amount of money but if we don’t complain nothing ever changes. Somebody really needs to get a grip of this organisation and sort it out.
