If you know there’s going to be a Royal Mail Postal Strike why use this Service instead of using other Couriers ?. Receiving notifications that your Purchase is stool in the same Sorting Office and you don’t know when your Purchase will be delivered. Very poor customer service.

Order hasn't arrived. A completely unacceptable service. If you can't fulfill the orders, don't take them in the first place.

Not happy, preview clearly shows the writing is not overlapped but on the actual card itself, it is not good at all
