I ordered 2 cards to be sent to me direct with no text as I wanted to write it myself. Both cards came with no envelope!! Surely a card should come with an envelope especially if it’s being sent to the person who has placed the order.
The card was delivered 2 days late so wasn’t there on the persons birthday so very disappointed

Ive got a membership with moonpig, the birthday card that was ordered for my father in law was never delivered, his birthday was 17th August and card was due on the 18th according to yourself

Paid for express delivery, 3 days later item still hasn’t been processed at post office local to Moonpig over East. Paid extra for it not to get there on time, currently two days late with no sign of it being delivered until next… very disappointed.

Recipient loved the card! Good quality as always.
Sadly arrived after one week of ordering, despite paying for 1st class postage. So was too late to give as was after the event.
