Ordered a bangle on 11th November. Delivery due in 7-14 days and still waiting. Contact the email address provided and had no response. Emailed again and asked for a response in 24hrs or will be asking for a chargeback from the bank.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused, and I completely understand why you would be concerned if you believed an order had been placed on 11th November.
After checking our system thoroughly, we cannot locate an order or payment under the details provided. The screenshot you sent shows the checkout page, but it does not show a completed purchase or an order confirmation. As a result, no order was created on our side and nothing has been dispatched.
If you believe payment was taken, please send us a screenshot of the bank transaction (showing the merchant name, amount, and date) and we will investigate this immediately. If no payment was made, you would simply need to place the order again for it to process and ship.
You can reach us at shop@moonandstar.co.uk, and if you reply with the email address you attempted to use, we can also check whether your messages may have landed in spam or were sent to a different address.

As mentioned in our email to you, we are not dropshipping. We’re in the process of moving to a fulfilment centre, which simply means our trusted logistics partners will handle the packing and shipping of our orders worldwide.
You still receive your parcel with our branded packaging, and every order is fulfilled with care. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your items, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy for your peace of mind.

I order two bracelets for my friend. And when it arrives it was in AliExpress bags… Inside the bracelets they were written: Jiu Long Xing. And it cost 1.91€per bracelet … I paid 23.95€ per bracelet.

We’re currently in the process of moving to a fulfilment centre, which will soon include our branded packaging for all orders. We do not use AliExpress or any similar platforms to source or ship our products.
The inscription “Jiu Long Xing” refers to the type of bangle - it’s a traditional Chinese cloisonné design.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email us and we’ll be happy to arrange a return and refund for you.

The stuff is cheap and (unfortunately I saw this trick after I bought it) you can find all the things they sell if you do a photo research at Ali express. I found the exact same items (every single one) on ali express.

I loved my jewellery it was stunning !! So well priced and the quality is great too. I wear the waterproof jewellery in the shower and in the pool and it hasn’t rusted at all.

Jewelry is decently priced, not real metals of course. Delivery was in a decent time, my pieces are pretty but not worth more than £3, I would buy from here again for trendy jewelry
