I cannot fault Mood London at all… their staff at the Southampton stall are an amazing bunch of people in particular Dan who was on hand to help me decide on the ideal fragrance for me , he was extremely polite , attentive and willing to answer all questions and his recommendations were perfect! I’ve had mood London before and had their Raspberry Oud but his recommendation of Blonde Maracujá has outshone that!

Highly recommended this company and all their fragrances… I can’t wait to be getting my next bottle (or 2)

We were in the Bullring and my husband decided to have a browse. Rahul was fantastic, his knowledge is exceptional, encouraging a good amount of smells and made some great recommendations. He will be an asset to your company and will go far. My husband ended up spending money on a set and this is someone who is very careful when it comes to spending so well done Rahul for going above and beyond. Delivery was a complete mess. My order was late, tracking didn’t make sense, and customer service gave no real answers. For a company that says delivery should take a few days, this was far from it. Wouldn’t order again.

Great product and Mustafa, the Manager at the stand in Battersea Power Station, was friendly, informative and knowledgeable.
Bought a diffuser and X2 oils.

Over priced. Got the salesman to spray my arm with one of his 10 best sellers lol. Went into Zara for 15 minutes came out…. No smell on my arm at all. However on my right arm was fugazzi angel dust from an hour before still throwing me massive projection and longevity. They’ll say it’s your skin but even cheap dupes last 15 minutes. Zero longevity with an outrageous price point. Salesman had also never heard of some big big brand perfumes which is a total worry. Think you need to price down, even sunnamusk win over this. Glad I didn’t buy £150 bottle of water.

I’d like to add- the reply from mood states I have previous rated fugazzi badly. I have never poorly rated fugazzi- ever. So for the complete lies I also do not rate MOOD at all. I know how to apply perfume, thankyou though for the invalid input and total BS.

We were just walking and your amazing colleague approached us in a very formal manner. Introduced us to a very amazing brand which is MOOD LONDON. A big shout out to “ELLIE” from the Manchester arndale mall store! Lovely Meeting her! Wonderful service

I walked past the Manchester store in arndale and I was served by Haiat and honestly she had great customer service, offered me perfumes according to my preferences and also showed me new ones she thought I might like and i did end up liking them and getting one of her recommendations! She was amazing and I will be back for the 6 piece set for sure!

Travelled to West Quay (Soton) for a days shopping. There are several 'stalls' in the main concourse including different fragrance/perfume ones. I had actually gone there with the intention of buying from a different company but could not find the actual scent I wanted and my nose was oversaturated with different fragrances despite numerous coffee bean inhalations!! I was also put off by some hard sell tactics.

Further up was the mood.london stall & I was persuaded to further abuse my sense of smell. The fragrances were certainly more potent and I spent a considerable amount of time trying to limit the amount that I liked. No hard sell, just an extremely knowledgeable and very likeable & professional lad, Seb (only 17 yrs old) who was only too willing to advise and assist.
I was going to 'mix & match' and buy the set of 3 atomisers but saw the larger set of 3 + 3 oils by the till- more choices and more decisions to make!!
In summary, a good range of fragrances that seem potent and should last the day. Seb's attitude, genuine charm and excellent relaxed salesman extracted an even larger than planned outgoing from my bank!

I recently purchased a few perfume oils from your Milton Keynes City Centre store, and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with both the fragrances and the overall experience.

I bought White Oud, Rhubarb & Cognac, and Raspberry Oud, and I must say the quality of the oils is truly exceptional. Each scent has its own beautiful character, but what amazed me the most was how well they blend together. I experimented by layering the three fragrances, and the result was absolutely stunning, rich, smooth, and incredibly unique.

The White Oud adds a deep, elegant warmth, the Rhubarb & Cognac brings a bold and slightly sweet sophistication, and the Raspberry Oud gives a fresh fruity touch that ties everything together perfectly. The combination creates a scent that feels luxurious, distinctive, and long-lasting throughout the day.

It’s rare to find fragrances that not only smell amazing individually but also complement each other so beautifully when layered. I’ve already received several compliments since wearing them.

I loved the range and how it projected. I already own a few and I can whole heartedly say this is one of my favourite brands. I can definitely see this brand grow and loved by so many more people.

First experience of Mood products and was absolutely delighted. Smell is divine and I’m compliment ed everywhere I go.

There was an issue with the condition of the items I ordered. They responded very quickly and made it right by sending a new gift box and a sample perfume oil. Tops for customer service.

The oud perfumes I ordered smell incredible. Each spray lasts for a day or two and it’s very high quality. It reminds me of the ones that I bought from Dubai. Don’t hesitate to buy them they genuinely smell amazing and are strong and long lasting 🖤

I was walking past at Battersea Power Station today and was stopped by Sara. I hadn't any intention of buying fragrance and if I'm honest hadn't heard of Mood London. Sara persuaded me to try some of their scents and I agreed. I am a fan of high end fragrance now, so I was sceptical. I have never bought fragrance from a stand alone unit before. Sara questioned, listened and duly advised in such a professional and caring manner. I ended up loving and buying myself Raspberry Oud, it's really up there due to it's uniqueness and presence. So glad I met Sara today and she stopped me. I'll be sampling other Mood London fragrances in the near future.

One of the best all time fragrances always on my perfume stand …. I discovered Mood whilst shopping in Birmingham, always long lasting and smell divine ….. I am always stopped and asked what I am wearing, no matter which one I am wearing!
