I ordered "flour funnels" from Montivate. Product should have arrived in December 2025. In January I emailed Montivate and they responded with a tracking number the USPS could not track. We went back and forth with Montivate insisting Product had been delivered. They refused to issue refund. What a scam!

They add a 50 percent sales tax after you order and hit payment. You can’t go back. I’m guessing this is a tariff. The purchase price was $14.99. They added $5 shipping. I understand that, but then added $7 sales tax. So the 14.99 item cost $27!!!

This company is a crook one. I ordered 3 hats - the 250th USA hats. It took 3 month for them to come in , Ad says within 3 days. When the hats came in, they are completely crap and different than the ad. Can’t wear them straps are both male and ad shows cotton canvass embroidered. The hats sent were made of plastic and poorly printed ! Wow. I’m so mad ! They should be banned online specially desecrating a patriotic product such as the USA flag !

I ordered a Black Witch for Halloween on July 21, 2025. I didn’t receive any email confirming my order however they did take my money. I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered.

The capabilities and quality is not the same as they describe on their website so beware. The hummingbird feeders I got are cheap plastic and the holes are just open holes. They claimed that they would only be opened when the hummingbird was feeding to keep bugs out. Not even close to true. Not sure what is true about their claims on other products.

I tried using the hummingbird feeders and when I just checked, one was full of dead ants and the other had a live ant inside. I will be getting a refund either thru the company or my credit card

I ordered a feeder 2 months ago. As of 4/13 it said it was in Alaska. When I asked for update two weeks later, they told me it had been delivered on 4/14. Then told me to check with my post office! I am
Done being nice and asked for a refund, if I don’t get I will issue a complaint through my credit card company! Very bad service. Do not order anything from them!

I also ordered 3 of the hummingbird feeders. Cheap junk, and the ports that are "supposed to open only when the bird inserts it's beak", is NOT true. The ports are just 4 holes at the top. Not at all what was advertised. They refuse to give information on how to return them, or offer a full refund. I'm very unhappy with these feeders.

I don't recommend the hummable feeders. It took months to get, I was amazed it wasn't broken as it came in a plastic bag. The feeders are tiny, must have cover from the rain, and I'm baffled as to why they think ants won't get in them.

I ordered humming bird feeder in good faith. I am so happy I Did Not ordered several as I intended. It took months to get this. It arrived broken in a bag with nothing to protect it. Broken. I have never been more disappointed in ordering before. It is a huge rip off. Beware!!!

I ordered a product in January and all I get are emails saying the order is in process. I finally requested a refund and I still just get emails. Going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is not a reputable company. I don’t know even if it’s legit and I am going to complain to Facebook not that they’ll do anything either.

Junk. Not matching descriptors. Took six weeks to arrive and a runaround when trying to track, as well as multiple different shipping origins given. And then it was a cheap piece of worthless junk when it did show up. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Ordered 2 self warming pet beds. Received 2 thin silver “foil” mats. Useless and a waste of money…

Ordered a self warming pet bed. Was taking long time to receive. Emailed them several times. They told me the pet warming bed was coming from ITALY and stuck at customs. They kept making excuses each time I wrote them. Refused to return money. To date 2/26 have not received product. They told me to be patient that some staff were on vacation ! AND ?? I want my money back ! I’m now having to get an attorney!

The little feeders for the hummingbirds are NOT glass, they are cheap plastic. When you complain they say, " go ahead and send them back but you have to send them to China and it will cost a lot". Returns are supposed to be free. DON'T BUY. PURE JUNK.

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. This company's product is awful...nothing like the pictures. They stated that there is a 30 day return policy but trying to return they said it needs to go to CHINA. Nowhere in their return policy does it state that. MONTIVATE IS BOGUS

What I ordered from this company is complete garbage. It took forever to receive and DID not look like what was pictured. It has now been taken off their site. DO NOT order from them. They are not refunding for their SCAM product.

Would not order from this company. Been waiting almost a month and nothing has shipped. Just want my money back.
