We specialize in providing authentic experiences to our guests while staying with us. The Family House was founded in 2018, with the purpose of offering visitors a comfortable, convenient, economical and cozy place to stay in Costa Rica and above all, excellent customer service. Stay with us and let us be your Costa Rica Travel Guide. We will remove the hassle and stress of navigating on your own. We help you book Hotels, Transportation and Experiences while still being flexible with your travel schedule and needs. We know all of the best places, activities, and the most scenic site in the area. Our reliable and welcoming family members, who are eager to help you move safely around the area will make sure you have the most cultural and personalized experience while you’re visiting.

Super accueil

Super accueil, le personnel nous à même aidé à reservé certaines activités ainsi que pour nos déplacements.
La chambre, et les partie communes étaient propres.
Le petit dejeuner fournit est également bien.
Le prix pour une nuit correspond à l’offre.

Very nice hotel

Very warm welcome. The place is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.
The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They advised us on what to do in Monterverde. All the best!
