I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift. They said it would arrive by Christmas. It is January 3 and still nothing has arrived. I've tried to contact them but to no avail. No tracking #, nothing. I'm listing this company as fraud and trying now to get my money back.

This company just takes you for an ride. Absolute lie about the merchandise and the sob story accompanying it. There is no product! No delivery. Nothing! Beware and dodge!

Scam boots cheap plastic wrong size not orthopaedic paid to ship back to China for refund no further contact no refund. PAYPAL sided with them and did not help at all. Disgusting do not order from them definitely a scam

I purchased shoes & the sizes were incorrect. I contacted them & was advised they do not exchange and to return the shoes they will refund so could reorder correct size.
I had over $200 of returns decided to pay for the return. It was tracked to China & stopped, I followed up & advised they were at customs, & will pick up soon. Once picked up refund would be paid. This was advised several times over months & then contact ceased. No refund & no shoes. Never again

This is a ghost store, run by a dodgy Chinese company.. total scam you’ll never see your money again and they took double payments out. SCAMMERS!

No communication after promises to look into refund after sending totally wrong product then I spent $$ to post back to China

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from any clothing/shoe retail company with Monroe in the name. Shoes are from China, extremely poor quality, wrong sizes will be sent with no tags, and they will only take refunds when YOU PAY to send them to CHINA even though the shoes came from Canada. The shipping to China costs more than the shoes themselves.
Avoid this terrible company.

Beware of a Sydney based company called Monroe-Sydney. They claim to be selling Sketcher shoes
However their product is not Sketchers but a cheap product from China. Their goods aren’t as described and are not true to size
They have very poor customer service and they expect you to pay for return tracked postage to China (very expensive $56!!) before considering a refund. They don’t answer your emails and they don’t have a phone number to call
AVOID at ALL COST!!! 🤬🤬🤬

SCAM!!! Absolutely rubbish boots (if u even get them). Not Australian company. Returns only to China, then stop contact! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Sydney Monroe is a scam. They are based in China. They did send one pair of cheap looking boots which the sizing was to small. I returned the boots and NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. They kept emailing with excuses , then blocked me. TOTAL SCAM SCAM SCAM ! Do not trust them or waste your money!

The worst company ever dealt with. Still waiting for a refund after 12 weeks. Shoes were nothing like what was marketed. Should have been shut down long before they did.

Poor quality shoes. Certainly not as advertised. They are not orthopaedic or comfortable. The zipper broke within 3 hours of wearing them. To return them you have to pay postage to China, approx $25. After many emails they offered a 20% refund with no return. I accepted this just to cut my losses. 4 weeks later and this offer has not been honoured. I'm no longer expecting it.
Do not buy from this company. Their products are cheap rubbish.

Ordered 2 pair of leather orthopaedic boots. Not leather not orthopaedic and damaged. Poor quality rubbish. Tried to get them returned as not as advertised, want me to pay $32 shipping to China (says they are in sydney) and then will charge 40% restocking fee. Absolutely crooks. I have reported to ACCC AND ALL SCAM WEBSITES.

Not even worth the 1 star. Orthopedic boots- Fake, smelly, not sized at all & when sent there's no sizing on the boots & way too small, not correct sizing. Not leather as advertised. Not worth anything. You'd do better buying a pair of boots from kmart or the like. Don't waste your hard earned dollars on a company that doesn't exist. Hard to get refund from, they fob you off. If you go through PayPal, Monroe ask for the dispute to be closed so they can send refund ... not true, they just wipe their hands as there's no going back to complain if dispute is closed. Hold on to your money, don't get conned.

Ordered 3 pairs of different coloured "orthopaedic" boots as I have an orthopaedic issue.
They came with no sizing on them; ghastly non leather very smelly items; could not even get them on my feet.
Currently involved with PayPal Dispute after having
paid nearly $50 to return them to China; supposedly now stuck in China Customs (yeah, right) with AusPost tracking.
Have no trust in this company, and Facebook should not allow them to advertise.

Same bad experience as everyone else. Bought two pairs of boots. Pursued a refund through Paypal and they have just closed the case in my favour. A full refund is coming my way!! Is worth being persistent.

They are a scam, I was scammed, they advertised as sketchers and orthopaedic and they are neither, I returned the shoes. They didn’t refund me and have kept my money and the shoes. Stay away from them.

I also fell for their claim of 'leather orthopedic' boots. These boots are not leather; they are a nasty, thin, over-shiny polyurethane. They are not orthopedic. The company is not based in Sydney as claimed. In fact they tell me they don't even have premises in Sydney. I bought two pairs, because I emailed them for assurance they would fit my bunions, which they said they would. They do not. They are no wider than any other boots. To get a refund, they suggested I put 'Return to Sender' on the parcel and post them back, or if that 'didn't work' I'd have to pay to post them to China, which is $37.20. These people are cheats and liars, and I wish I'd visited this site first. And I wish I could give less than one star. They don't deserve it.

I wish I could give this company a minus…. Only one word to describe them TERRIBLE. This describes the boots, cheap vinyl, smelly. This word describes their customer service., oh right there isn’t any.

They advertised leather orthopaedic boots instead I received PU leather, cheap boots from China and there was nothing orthopaedic about them. To return them for a refund they want me to post them back to China. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.
