No surprises!
I got exactly what I ordered! I absolutely LOVE my letter art! I have them on a glass framed- without the backing- to hang from above. So awesome for gifts! I will be reordering! My only fuss is with the website where I couldn't preview my choice if I changed colors. But won't keep me from ordering again!

Great product
Very reasonable and was impressed with quick delivery. The only negative was removal of backing paper as letters wanted to peel away as well. Finished product looks great for my first installation. I may need to order another gold replacement as I had a few letters that creased when I removed paper. I will do a better job with navy monogram

Great Customer Service
I had a rush order so that my daughter could receive this item for her birthday. They were extremely accommodating and I actually received my item two days prior to my requested date.

One of the best customer experiences I ever had
I submitted my order incorrectly, putting the initials in the wrong order. I admitted my error to the company and all they did was offer to send me a corrected item at no cost. This is one of the best and most honest companies you will ever work with. I will only by monograms and decals from MonogramArt.com from now on!

Best Service Ever
I wanted to re-order a monogram decal exactly like one I had ordered a couple years before. Couldn't find it on the website, so I called to ask about it. Chris was great to work with. He found the one I was looking for, and I received it a couple of days later. I think I'll order a bunch of these as Christmas presents. Quality products.
