A very transparent & professional team!

Monmouth are a pleasure to work with. The applications they propose to us as a funder are detailed, comprehensive and always have the customer's best interest at the forefront. I would also add that in comparison to some applications we see from other brokers, Monmouth's are always appropriate for our appetite & pricing structure (i.e. they will always look to get the customer the best offer possible). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any business owner looking for assistance.

Monmouth delivered on our requirement…

Monmouth delivered on our requirement and Sam has been very professional and kept on the case from start to finish. They helped us get the funding we required within the cost target. They achieved more than what we have achieved alone.

Dishonest just like rest of brokers.

They will promis low rates but only option will come up with it will be iwoca with it's 50% Apr .

Don't waste your time .

Unless you wanna your LTD loan be secured on your own house ... But then you don't need brokers 😂

EDIT: they've replied with some nonsense and typical dismissive customer service mumbo jumbo talk. Fact is unchanged -they don't provide low APR loans.

To clarify: we presented a range of possible funding outcomes as is standard practice — the rates offered are determined by lenders, not by us, and we do not promise or guarantee rates to any client. We did not present an Iwoca product, and we did not discuss securing finance against your property. These are specific claims in your review that our records do not support. We are sorry the lending market did not produce the outcome you were hoping for, but we cannot allow inaccurate statements about our conduct to go unchallenged.

Very professional

Very professional, supportive, and efficient throughout the whole process. Tom made everything smooth and stress-free, and the funds came through quickly. I am very happy with this Company's service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable business loan company.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this was worth it. The team at Monmouth Group were genuinely great to deal with. No jargon, no pressure – just clear, straightforward advice. They really took the time to explain things properly, which I appreciated.

What I liked most was how transparent they were.
Overall, a really smooth and stress-free experience. Would happily recommend them.
