Really bad experience. The PMs constantly send out bizarre mass impersonal emails stating "Greetings of the day" (???). The rates offered are sweat shop wages. I would not recommend them whatsoever.
If I could give 0 starts, I would!!! This "company" tries to hook translators on at offensively low slave work rates, at about half the minimum wages in the respective countries! If you are a customer of theirs, don't think for a second that you get the quality you may think you will get. When you buy translation services from this "company", you contribute to increasing poverty among desperate language workers all over the world. SHAME ON YOU, MONISA!!! Shame on all clients who buy "services" with such "companies"!!!
I received a notification from them for a job stating they wanted someone with a master's degree or PhD in Literature, Linguistics, or a related field with exceptional writing and critical-thinking skills offering $14 per hour.
Companies like this should be out of business.
This agency is way below a serious company! They basically NEVER reply to any email! They offer extremely low rates and in many cases even never mention a word about the payment (no payment terms, no rates). Would not recommend them in any way!
They offered me a job for $14 per hour and then they told me that the rate would be $11 an hour. Unprofessional.
They contact me for a translation job offering an assessment that was probably some free work they wanted to get and then disappeared. The name of the person who contacted me is Prateek Kumawat.
The worst language provider in the world for freelancers. Avoid them at all costs.
They will only deceit you and pay close to nothing for your services, cutting down rates, claiming nonexistent and unprovable issues with the quality of your work.
Worst communication ever, some of their PM seem to be almost retarded, they write you a million emails to say practically nothing, just for fun and to waste your time.
Dodgy payment method and unclear information on how it works, the freelancer only gets the final surprise when he receives far less than half amount he/she was expecting.
Please please please stay clear of then and of any tempting offer of collaboration they may come up with. They are scam and fraud and they will only rob you of your expertise, time and money.
