Kom ind for at kigge på jakkesæt til mit bryllup, efter at have været et andet sted med dårlig service. Tager de imod os, og giver kolde dråber til ganen inden de ved om de har tid til os. Vi havde ikke booket tid. Og de finder tiden og hjælper os, målene blev taget og jakkesættet sammen sat, med god guide i stofprøver osv. Hentede det forleden efter det lige blev rettet til. Og de har lavet alt som jeg ville have det. Kæmpe god service og personale der går op i sit arbejde 👍🏻 kan klart anbefales

Det er dyrt, men det er også en god oplevelse.

Jeg havde købt et af de lidt dyrere jakkesæt med vest, de sad bare perfekt og er nok det bedste jakkesæt jeg har haft i min liv.
Jeg havde et lille uheld med min jakke hvor en person kom til at ødelægge den ene knap, jeg kom forbi Mond for at få en ny knap i jakken...
De tilbød mig en kop kaffe eller flaske vand og bad mig vente 3 min og så var der ny knap i og UDEN beregning. Hold da op en skøn service;o)

Første jakkesæt skulle rettes en smule til. Alle mål var gemt, så det næste jakkesæt sad lige i skabet i første hug.

I recently ordered a made-to-measure jacket. The ordering process was smooth, and the jacket arrived on time. The fit was excellent, the style details matched my expectations, and the material quality seems impressive for the price (durability remains to be seen with time).

The finishing was disappointing. Minor issues like loose threads, fabric residue, and a poorly finished buttonhole (which i consider a flaw) gave a sloppy first impression. A quick quality check could have caught these, saving both me and the store the hassle of an unnecessary adjustment.

The store kindly offered alterations, and all my concerns were addressed. The interaction left something to be desired. The assistant handling my alteration seemed to assume little sophistication on the customer’s part, for example justifying an unfinished boutonnière hole by saying most customers don’t use it (despite other functional details, like working sleeve buttons, being fully implemented). Realistically, it felt like a cost-cutting measure. As the assistant explained, they aim to keep prices low, which inevitably means certain compromises.

Final Verdict
While the finishing issues and slightly condescending interaction were drawbacks, Mond of Copenhagen still provides a solid overall experience. In today’s fast-moving world, they balance convenience, affordability, and quality. When I raised my concerns, I was told that if I wanted a superior finish, I could go to Savile Row and pay six times the price—an amusing remark, considering there are many levels of quality between Mond and the world’s best tailors. But that said, compared to a true bespoke tailor, Mond requires less than half the time for fittings, costs less than a third of the price, and delivers 80–90% of the quality. Given the price point, it’s hard to beat what they offer and I will likely return in the future.

I have bought multiple jackets, pants and shirts with Mond in Copenhagen and it is always a great tailoring experience - I’ll be back!
