Do not use this website! They brand themselves as being a French company and therefore you would assume European sizing, but don’t be fooled!!! They offer ‘hassle free returns’ which is completely untrue. They mistakenly sent me the wrong size but would only offer me a refund if I returned the item, which would cost €42 to return to China (not France!!!). I had to settle for a mere 20% refund after exchanging emails for almost 3 weeks. I was told to keep the product which is of absolutely no use to me and was of poor quality. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Horrendous customer service. Dress looked nothing like the photos, bady made cheap fabric. Requested a return address and a refund.. my request was ignored and they said they would send a replacement dress which I never asked for. Several e mails were sent each time with the request for a refund and a return address ignored each time. I would say stay well clear from this website , do not be fooled by their glossy images. One would do better ordering from other well known cheap websites overseas. Still awaiting a response and a return address.

My wedding guest dress arrived on time and I received so many compliments. The fabric feels comfortable and well made.

I was honestly impressed with Monairre. The dress I ordered looked exactly like the photos, and the quality exceeded my expectations for the price. Shipping was smooth and customer support replied quickly. Will definitely shop again.

Dead glad I bought it in the end. Nearly didn’t bother but it’s turned into one of those things I keep reaching for without thinking. Fits well, feels decent, happy days.

Looks good on and feels grand so yeah. Wasn’t blown away straight away but after wearing it out once or twice I was like ok yeah, this is actually sound. Easy to wear.
