.I ordered a Master Molty Foam mattress for 33,500 PKR (plus 1,500 PKR delivery). They sent me an email slip, called me to confirm, and everything seemed fine. But when I received it today, they charged me 37,500 PKR (plus 1,500 PKR delivery).

This is outrageous and unacceptable. How can a company confirm one price and then silently overcharge without explanation? It feels like a scam, and I am furious at the lack of transparency. Customers should not have to fight to get the price they were promised.

I trusted the brand, but this experience has completely shattered that trust. Never expected such dishonest practices from Master Molty Foam.

I placed an order through the company's website on September 3, 2024, with the reference number MF-59556. After waiting for 10 days without any updates, I reached out via email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, I received incorrect information stating that my order had been dispatched when it had not.

Despite my efforts to escalate the issue and formally lodge a complaint, my request was not acknowledged by the customer service team. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of effective support only exacerbated the situation.

Based on my experience, I recommend considering alternative options, such as shopping directly at their physical stores, to avoid similar issues.
