Would do 0 If I could, complete scam of a company, at least for me. Ordered last year (2025) mid October. And finally gave up on receiving anything today as of 24/1/26. After following up not once but twice with no response back, just do yourself a favour and stay far away.
I don’t need to hide the order # or shipping number anymore since the parcel isn’t coming anyway.

Wirklich ein top Service. Habe das Paket bestellt, es kam aber nicht an. Habe dann Kontakt über die Internetseite aufgenommen und am selben tag dann ein unglaublich freundliche Antwort erhalten. Das Paket wurde ohne zu zögern erneut verschickt. Ohne Komplikationen oder ähnlichem. Wirklich top. Also macht euch keine Gedanken falls die Dinge schief laufen. Ihr bekommt hier das, wofür ihr auch bezahlt.

Very good Support
I made a mistake with my address when ordering and because of that DHL was not able to deliver my order.
I contacted the customer support and they handled everything within a few hours and made sure to send me another parcel since the other one was stuck because of the address error.
The Kneesliders are very nice they feel good and make amazing sparks.

Do not buy from these people
Do not buy from these people. Sliders fall off from the Velcro and may damage people or your motorcycles. Saw this happen if you wanna save yourself trouble money or injuries you better off buying from Wiz. These are not good at all

Never received the parcel
Never received the parcel, after multiple follow-ups and confirming the refund I get requested to resend the order again; I'd ordered mid March, it's completely unacceptable customer service to get in touch and ask if they'd like me to send them again on the 30th of MAY!

Hey Bro,
You placed your order on February 18, 2024, and we shipped it on February 22, 2024. Shipping from Germany to Dubai covers a considerable distance, and occasionally, DHL takes longer than they assure us.
Your parcel arrived at Dubai customs on April 1, where it was held until April 16, unfortunately beyond our control. On the same day, your local postal service attempted delivery, but no one was home. There is no record of any further delivery attempts, which is typically managed by the local post office.
Regrettably, the parcel was then returned to us. We cannot monitor every parcel we send. If there is a delivery issue, it can be seen using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Had you informed us about the delivery exception, we could have addressed it sooner. We only realized the issue when the parcel was returned to us.
At this point, reshipping the parcel for free, as we offered, would result in a loss for us since shipping costs us 11 Euros each time. We strive to accommodate our customers, but there was nothing more we could have done in this situation, and none of the errors were our fault.
Please consider this before posting such a review, as we did our best to satisfy you.

Moltencores service
I ordered one of their products and something went wrong with dhl so I opened up an investigation but didn’t hear back from dhl. I eventually decided to contact moltencores on instagram to see if they could help and they were very helpful and friendly, they resolved the issue in less than one hour.
