Dear Madam, thank you for your valuable feedback. The ordered abaya by yourself was loose fitting Bisht Abaya which is supposed to be loose. However we value your feedback and we will be happy to amend the sizes for you again. We are committed to provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Nobody contacted me and it was me who had to follow up with you guys each time. Delivery was delayed and I don’t think I will recommend anyone to avail services from you guys ever. Really disappointed

The other abaya is transparent a bit.

Actually we perfume our abaya as part of our packaging guideline for enhanced customer experience but in your case it seems to be understood used abaya which was not the case. Customer experience is our top priority and we will continue to strive for it.
