I have so far used 3 of your 30 ml…

I have so far used 3 of your 30 ml bottles. I have difficulty getting the product out of the containers. The pumps work for 2 times and then do not pump the product out. I would like to cancel my subscription as I have not seen any improvement in my skin at all.

The product I purchased from you is missing some of the values you mention advertising your product.

The product I purchased from you is not what I expected. It really doesn't moisturize my face to make it feel soft, moisturized and silky. I know its only been a couple of days of using it but I sure hope it helps with lines, wrinkles and dark spots like you advertised.

Hi Gloria, I am sorry to hear our product did not meet your initial expectations. We have found that for best results, you should use REVITL consistently for at least 4-6 weeks. Hopefully with continued use, you to will start to see and feel the results.

Not satisfied with the date of…

Not satisfied with the date of delivery. If i did not follow up my order, perhaps ithe product was not yet delivered until now. I left for the Philippines last dec 5 , so i was not able to bring the product. Im intending to return the product. VERY POOR SERVICE!

While we always strive to get packages out the door as soon as possible, the shipping time as noted on our website for orders placed in the USA is 7-10 business days once the order is processed and shipped. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. Per our records, the order was placed on 11/23 and arrived on 12/06, which is 9 business days from the date the order was placed.
