Michael was very supportive, knowledgeable, and understanding. He answered all of our and our families' many questions with clarity and guidance. All of our discussions provided reassurance and confidence in him, his abilities, and the process. Michael was also very enjoyable and personable to talk to; he made heavy conversations feel manageable. The nerdy aspects of our conversations just made them that much better. When we did have questions, he was understanding and not dismissive. He was an excellent communicator regarding his responsiveness, punctuality, and his ability to explain complex concepts in a way that made sense without making us feel less intelligent for it. The way he engaged with us made us feel like he was invested in us and wanted our best interests. We could not have asked for a better person and professional to have on our team in our home-buying process. 10/10 Would recommend! 10/10 Would do again!
