Fabulous from start to finish from me enquiring about the car to the day of purchase I can fault them one bit Even when on the way home a warning sign came up regarding the engine go in touch straight away and was advised to bring the car back when I can so they can have a look at it and advise me what this could be Ash was amazing with helping me sort everything in fact they all was I know any issues I can pick up the phone and speak to them not a problem I purchased a lovely Mini and I absolutely love it thanks guys

100% don't get a car from these... I read the reviews before buying and thought the company were a good one but please don't buy from these.... the first day I got my car I was driving to pick my kids up and the rear bumper was hanging off after 30 mins of me driving! I got in contact and told them and tbf they refunded me £150 as they knocked £200 off asking price but was this the only issue... no... they gave me one key for the car thats was damaged, the key dosent go down and the button that locks the car was snapped off,, there was no spare wheel for the car, the back window is not going down, the stinks of mould as there were excess water in the boot I had to drain it but car still smells as water leaking through light fitting, motion sensors not working at all, there's a crack in the windscreen, car not starting properly and needs new heater plugs and the most important thing of all I've had the car for 2 weeks and its now gone into limp mode due to the turbo going on it which is going to cost me in excess of £350 at least to try and fix... I've tried to contact them and now they are not replying as I've asked if the car is under warranty and I'm now blocked... I've reported these to trading standards but please trust me and never buy car from these!! They shouldn't be trading.

Bought a ford mondeo from these guys and I have to say it was a very good experience and a excellent service. Bought a 64 plate ford mondeo titanium x sport. Fantastic car great guys. Highly recommended.

AWFUL AVOID LIARS! Enquired about a FORD MONDEO ST22O on 7/8/23, paid a £200 holding deposit for car, non-refundable, which took it off point of sale for 7 days. Advised them I would come and look at car on Saturday 12/8/23, no problem. Messaged them on train 12/8/23 that I would be there around 10am, they responded, "Harvey emailed you car has oil leak sending car back to auction." My reply, never received email and you don't have my email address! Asked to refund my deposit and my train fare, no we can only refund deposit. Went to garage cars been on pitch for months all dirty, spoke with a young guy called HAMZA?, showed him my text messages with a guy called Ali. I asked for my £200 deposit and £50 for my train fare, NO only give deposit. Walked away to make a phone call returned and still said NO! Another guy turned up Anthony Manager NO we ain't giving you £250.After 10-15 minutes arguing back and forth Anthony and me saying I will take you to small claims court eventually he said we will give you £250 which is now in my account. Upon checking DVLA SITE today car is now taxed and new V5 issued on 11/8/23! So told a pack of lies about it going back to auction. This is a true account of my dealings with Modern Classics in Keighley. They have no case to answer they SOLD the car that I paid a deposit on and blatantly lied about going back to auction.I look forward to there response, doubt the will have the decency to apologise for lying.

These guys are scam merchants. I paid a deposit for a car, left to pick up another day, they rang me to tell me the timing belt had snapped and it was no longer sellable. They told me the deposit would be refunded but it has never appeared, despite numerous promises that it would be paid.
