I bought two pair of sandals. Nothing what they were described to be....really, pure junk. One pair was damaged, so I wanted to return both pairs. I sent pictures; they wanted a video; I sent a video, they wanted a shorter video. Bottom line...they are a bunch of sad, pathetic people with the business sense and honesty of a woodchipper. I finally got a refund after telling them to keep the money and place it where it is anatomically painful. What ever you do, DO NOT think your experience will be any different.

Junk from China which does not work with a restocking fee to restock defective item which you pay to return. Don’t use this company’

I ordered a steam machine from them back in January and paid almost 30.00 and I never received it and they won't answer me as to why and will not return my money. They need to send my product or refund my money I paid them in good faith and got screwed

This company deserves ZERO stars! Why does a person have to give a business at least one star???

I bought a body shaper from Modern Beyond (affiliated with ad carat, llc) that did not fit. I've emailed many times. They will not refund or exchange without pictures proving it didn't fit. Ridiculous. Who's going to do that? I contacted PayPal and eventually received a refund from PayPal! Not this crap business. They sell crap products and refuse to refund people their money. Typical thieves. Get what you pay for!

I have been trying to return a pair of "orthopedic" shoes and can't get a response. They responded initially and asked for a picture, which I sent. That was on 4/23 and still no response. The shoes, sandals, were bought because of my arthritis, but I can't get them on.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, COMING FROM CHINA.... IT'S NOT LEGIT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A US TRACKING NUMBER CAUSE THERE IS NOT A US TRACKING NUMBER..THE PRODUCT DOES NOT SHIP. AND THEY WILL NOT SEND A REFUND!! REPORTING TO BB THEY HAVE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS, SO HOW ARE THEY STILL ABLE TO SCAM PEOPLE!! I AM GOING TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE. STARTING WITH AMAZON.

Hi, this is an update to my review I posted earlier. My bras came in the mail today, it just took a long time to arrive! I’m not sure how to remove my earlier post.

ordered some small Foam products (30$
and got message frm them: "Canceled by me" / which it was NOT !
and that "Pay would be refunded" / which its NOT !
so stay away !

I ordered a scar cream from this website on 1/16/21, today is 2/26/21. I still have not received my order. I have emailed multiple times asking why it is taking so long and informing the representative that I am a travel nurse and will be leaving this location soon. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would not receive one. My last email went unanswered. Apparently the item is coming from China, which I was also unaware of, and it has not budged since 2/5/21. I think this website is fraudulent and no one should order from here. I will never go on this website again, they cannot be trusted. They just took my money and ran. A bunch of crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last October, I ordered a Nano auto scratch remover, received it and tried it and it was worthless. Because the company offered a money-back guarantee, I asked for one and after several exchanges of emails, never got it. I then filed a complaint with the BBB in Hawthorne, CA where the company is based. The BBB made several attempts to get get their version of the story and never received one. I then notified the FTC who, in turn, alerted local authorities.

Believe ALL NEGATIVE reviews! Our experiences with this "company?" are all the same. It's like this fake business has their emails on a loop asking again and again for the same photos, invoice, etc. and never answering questions or acknowledging the product was damaged and no instructions were included. Believe me I am not and have never been a complainer, but so many have been ripped off, I felt compelled to WARN any potential customers! I only wish I had taken the time to read reviews, but I was looking for unique Christmas gifts. I ordered 12/7 and received the smashed box opened with no instructions a month later. Lesson learned.

I placed a order on December 2nd of 2020. I contacted customer service on December 15th and was told, it was a delay and I should receive it soon. It's now Jan. 7th 2021 and I still haven't received my item or my refund that I asked for. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

It took a month to get the small security camera and then it would not go online at all. I wrote to them about the defective item and they wrote back that they required a picture and the original order. I gave them a picture showing it was offline and the requested original order. They never responded again, even when I sent repeated e-mails.

Ordered grass growing items for our backyard. The items didn't work as described. We contacted the company and never heard back. Apparently Better Business Bureau has an open investigation against them, which we will be filing a claim with.

I buy 3 items. Shampoo. Soap and conditioner. And a revived only 2 of them.

LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS here. I ordered a product from them. When I never received it weeks later, I wrote to them and they nicely said: not to worry yours got lost and we'll just send you another one. Needless to say, I never received it. I wrote again. They asked for more detail, which I provided immediately. Now, weeks later, I have never received anything or ever heard from them again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I order 2 bra's from this company. It took 2 weeks to receive this order. When received the bra's looked like they were training bra's. I wear a "C" cup but these bra's look like they would fit a "A" cup.
Now I have to pay to return them and pay a 15% re-stocking fee. Save your money.........

Do Not buy masks in modern beyond. This company was not honest and deceit customer. Modern beyond’s product was unsatisfied and unexpected, after customer returned it back but did not get back the refund.
They sent the customer 10 masks of N95 (product weight 80g) and charge $139.00 US.

Placed an order on 5/19 and almost 2 months later, no product and they won’t give a refund. Filing a claim with my bank today. Buyer beware.

Beware of this company. I ordered a screen repair resin. they promptly took my money. Then no delivery and the supposed tracking number mysteriously disappeared based on a “technical error.” No repos es to email inquiry either. BUYERS BeWare. Many similar scathingly negative reviews. Crooks??
