I was sceptical about this being a legitimate website, with authentic Doc Martens, but it really is.
I messaged them over Facebook first to confirm the boot I was after was in stock (after seeing negative reviews on a few websites). Once they confirmed they did have the stock, I placed my order.
To my surprise, it came within a week AND my boots were authentic Doc Martens.
I also saw the reviews about Mode shoes being from an outlet store, but found no blemishes or anything to indicate lower quality.
Looks like I just found a great deal on authentic shoes, from a speedy team that also offers Zippay!

Cautious but pleasantly suprised.
I was a bit cautious ordering from them given I couldn't find much of a trace of them and there were no trustpilot reviews (before mine haha). Through some minor sleuthing I found they're owned by larger company Rozkin Family Trust which also owns Brand House Direct which has a separate trustpilot page and from what I can tell sells the exact same items, has the exact same wording/prices on their website (though formatting is different), and might operate out of the same warehouse, so Mode and Brand House are basically duplicate companies? Anyways, I ordered on Friday evening, got a shipping notification by Tuesday arvo, and have just received my package on Wednesday. No issues with anything as far as I've noticed. The Brand House trustpilot had some negative reviews in terms of shoe quality which made me wonder if it and Mode might be an outlet store, so I did a semi-heavy inspection of the shoes upon arrival to check, the only thing I noticed being a slight glue mark which likely would have taken me ages to notice otherwise so if they are outlet they still seem a-ok to me. I didn't have any contact with customer service through this process so can't give much info there, but they seem to be responsive on their socials when people have issues. Overall seem trustworthy to me in the end, only other thing to note is their size guide widget doesn't work so you may need to work out your shoe size separate to their site.
