Great experience with Mode Auto Concepts. Prices were very competitive, delivery was fast, and everything arrived exactly as promised. Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a part from their website that was clearly advertised as compatible with my vehicle. When it arrived, it was not compatible at all. I contacted them expecting the issue to be resolved promptly, but instead they refused a refund and insisted the part had been tested and was suitable for my vehicle.

It was only after I provided clear written evidence from the vehicle manufacturer proving that the part was not compatible that they finally agreed to accept the return. Even then, they attempted to impose a 20% restocking fee and required me to cover the return postage, despite the issue arising from their own incorrect compatibility information.

The most frustrating part of the experience was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Rather than addressing the problem fairly, I was met with excuses and resistance until the evidence against their position was undeniable.

Based on my experience, buyers should be very careful and independently verify compatibility before purchasing. If something goes wrong, do not expect a straightforward resolution. In my view, the focus seems to be far more on protecting their sales than looking after their customers.

They will not respond to emails or return calls regarding a part they sent which was incorrect. Zero after sales service, do not purchase from this company as if you need to get hold of them, you cant. The only phone number on their website is a mobile number which goes straight to voicemal. There are dealers listed on their web site, i contacted some dealers to obtain a land line number. The dealers even state they are dodgy and are impossible to get hold of. Avoid at all costs!

22 days and I have heard nothing from mode in regards to my order that i placed on the 4th of feb for an mst intake and turbo inlet, after finding the product on their site labeled as "in stock" "ready for pickup" I purchased hoping to be able to pick up same day and install the intake, it has now been 22 days, i have sent multiple emails and heard nothing back, Ive now lodged a complaint with fair trading to try and get a refund. poor communication, false stock advertising,

Website says immediate shipping. I ordered 6 days ago, no communication, no dispatch, no tracking. I called the number multiple times and left voicemails as instructed, nothing. I’m 40 and I have never had a worse experience in my life. For a business designed for enthusiasts this is abhorrent. Don’t buy here, spend your money elsewhere. I regret ever finding Mode

Sale was fine, price was good. Comms was good. But couriers please is terrible. I have been waiting over a week for my parcel that was in their warehouse in my location over a week ago. Contact is terrible, and I am still waiting. Use someone else.
