No updates on shipping. Dress arrives a week later than expected. Dress is WAY darker than expected (at least 10 shades darker). Dress arrives in a broken zipper and the inside mesh was ripped. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience

Appalling quality and customer service
The item from istehya looks nothing like it does on their website. The material was stated as being satin but actually was a sturdy cotton material and the colour was completely off from the one ordered. It was a complete disappointment and their customer service team does not respond to emails. Would NOT recommend. Please save your money and time

No response regarding my order
I placed an order on March 16 and it is March 22 and no tracking number has provided. I have reached out 2x and have been told someone will get back to me in 1-2 days. No response. My order says that it was partially shipped but no tracking number.
