I recently ordered a pair of men's XL pants. I received a pair of women's XL which were more like a Medium. I told them I needed to return them. I received the return address by email. It was in China and would cost $28 and some change to ship it. When I emailed them back asking that they remedy the problem that was their fault I received no reply. So I paid $44 for a pair of pants that my husband can't wear. Not awesome.

I received my order of tennis shoes, although it took over a month. The shoes were extremely large, the sizing was completely off. They smelled like toxic chemicals, and were very cheaply made. I would like to return them, but return shipping is not free, and you have to send them back to China. For shoes that probably cost them 50 cents to make, the shipping will cost at least $20. I will keep them and give them to someone whose feet are 1 1/2 sizes larger than mine. It's too bad, I would have purchased more shoes in other colors if the size and quality were better. Oh well, I learned my lesson. Check reviews first, and don't order from China.

OMG! the sneakers I bought are cool. My son loves and adore them. There are fashionable and looks really great. looking forward to getting another color.

Bought a coat I saw on the show Yellowstone, in October and asked for a refund in December if 2021. I have yet to get a refund, and we are well into March 2022, for 6 months, this shop is a master
CON ARTISTS...!!!! I never got the jacket. I believe this is a FRAUDULENT website, with products to buy, they will take your money and never ship anything to you, and take your money. I asked for a refund for 2 months now, they keep saying they sent me a refund via "oceanpayment" - well there is no record of a refund on my credit!!!!

LESSON: READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM CHINA.

I believe this company is SCAMMING me and you, and the the whole dang world.

I am writing this review for those who ordered first and checked reviews after, which I did. When I received my shoes, thankfully, they were what I had ordered. I saw the reviews of this company, and I was upset that I had not read them before ordering. And I was worried I had thrown my money away and would receive a completely different product than what was pictured. Granted, the shoes are not high quality and probably won't last a long time. Plus they smell pretty terrible, like some other things I have received from China. At least they won't be up where my nose is and will hopefully air out after a while. I cannot speak to the other products from this company, but where I am concerned, all I can say is that I am relieved it was not a bust. I think I will be much more careful buying "the cute thing" without checking first, however.

I ordered a coat a month ago from them and just now received a few days ago. The coat didn't look exactly like in the picture. The brown was different, the faux fur was thinner than in the picture on their website. The belt that came with it was black, when it should have been brown. I ordered the biggest size they had, but it fit so much smaller. The material was very cheap. I would send it back for a refund, which would take to long and cost too much, so I will just keep it. It's just a lesson learned. I will not buy anything else from them.

Poorly run company sell poor quality products. I purchased some boots for my sons internship. The soles feel off the first day he wore them.😂 Dissatisfaction doesn’t not even begin to express my feelings on this. They didn’t help in any way. I was told we had them over a month and there was nothing they could do. They were given as a Christmas gift. So really only three weeks. Long story short by US, LL Bean, Redwing or Chippewa.

This website is a scam. They have Cody James boots posted on their website and what they send you are some cheap pleather boots with foam bottoms.Horrible quality. My husband when he seen them was like are those kid play boots. Like he could not believe that’s what they sent me. I would love to figure out a way to get this website taken down and reported because it’s not right how they are taking peoples money. I asked for a full refund and told them I would send these fake boots back and I was blocked.

Very unscrupulous order two jackets from there the picture on ModaSharp clearly shows the belt coincides with the coats I sent them a picture over it after they told me that the seller or manufacturer of the coat told them that all the belts came black when actually the picture shows with each different colored coat ranging from khaki green to black came with same colored belt after that they told me first of all instead of apologizing after that they told me that when I asked for a return slip to return the coach because I only paid $120 or $130 something it cost $87.56 to ship it back to them I told them that was unfair to me they stated that they would give me back $40 and to give the jackets to someone for a gift as well they stopped returning my emails and just left me out there

I too should have checked the reviews on this company. The item purchase again was not like the picture and description on the website. It is of poor quality. I started communicating for a refund but then they stopped communication. The returns are to China so the postage is more than the value of the item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Buyers beware. I purchase a coat from this website. When it eventually arrive I was so disappointed. The coat looks nothing like the one on the web page. It was very thin. There was no lining. And the faux fur looks like a wet cat. Keep your money and shop else where. I had to order one from Amazon.

Wish I would have check the reviews. Items are not what you think you are paying for?? Totally different material not made with the best quality. The pictures seem to be from another website. I’m very disappointed.

Never ever order from this site they take your money and send you a tracking through 4px and as it hits USA says it’s delivered and nothing shows. Can’t get in contact with no one and have a refund issued so have to go through payment method to try to resolve.

Order took 3 weeks to arrive, did not fit because it was Asian sizing and American sizing is 2 sizes up. But nowhere in the description did it specify this. In addition it wasn't even the coat I ordered and is cheaply made. When requesting a return I was told I had to pay for shipping and send it back to China. It has tracking information that indicates that came from a warehouse in New Jersey. I am disputing the charge.

Super disappointed, 10-20 days delivery took 26 days and I had to buy another dress for the event! I am not even interested in seeing the dress, returning it sealed. Wished I had looked at reviews first!
