I was so excited to receive but after 4 attempts have given up ,it keeps stopping ,sometimes starting again doesn’t want to juice carrots or beetroots even pineapple it stopped on me . Have used Utube to help but mine doesn’t want to perform like it should . Will be sending mine back hopefully for a refund

Just purchased the MOD juicer
Just purchased the MOD juicer. I was a bit taken aback by the number of parts to start with ( thinking of the cleaning part mainly) but it turned out that once i put it together with the instructions , i was able to reassemble easily without using the booklet and most parts were easy to clean.
Impressed with the reduced amount of fiber waste it produces (my old juicer did little juice and lots of waste!!). If the ingredients are cut as recommended, the juicer does a great job, produces plenty of juice and extracts at low speed for maximum benefit.
Attention must be given to clean the basket. The soft brush provided did a perfect job.
I loved that the packaging was 100% recyclable. Great effort with that MOD. A great product. Worth every dollar.

I really like this juicer
I really like this juicer. I would have given 4.5 stars if possible. The taste of fruit and vegetables that come from this appliance compared to my old centrifugal juicer is like night and day. I love how you can alter the amount of pulp on the juice too as I really like heaps of pulp in my oj but not in many other juices. Yeah it's a bit longer and harder to clean but in the end it's all worth it for the end product. Cannot wait for summer to try the sorbet function.

Harder veggies like carrots have to be…
Harder veggies like carrots have to be cut into finger size stripes or it will jam the machine.
If not put together properly the machine will not start. It can be very frustrating when you think you have done everything correct and it just will not start!
I can live with this juicer but not super happy with it.

I love my juicer
I love my juicer! It's a little daunting on first open but it's REALLY easy to set up and use.
The MOD team are also wonderful, Aus Post let us down but they were so helpful through the process.
I have juiced every day since it arrived!

So far I use it on celery. Works well is quick easy to clean Thank you.

Slightly disappointed
It produces a good amount of juice but I’ve found it clogs up quickly if you don’t peel apples. It also doesn’t like celery if not stripped of its strings.
I’m finding I take about an hour from start to finish cleaning to make 2L juice. This is about 20mins longer than my old juicer, do I’m a bit disappointed.

I purchased the juicer some months ago. I gave a review of it being ok but now realise I had assembled the device incorrectly. Now that all is assembled correctly I love the machine. During the time that I had the machine assembled incorrectly, I had the opportunity to use another best selling brand juicer and loved it. I was confused why mine was not filtering as it should. Went back to the manual and realised that a particular part (the funnel) was not part of my assembly. Voilà I now have the best juicer ever. Better than the other brand that I had the opportunity to use because I don’t have to cut the veges and fruit as small. Couldn’t recommend the machine highly enough (still hate cleaning the exit chute though as we find this hard too small - is it possible to make the exit chute larger?)

Hi Christine, what a juicing journey you've had! Indeed missing the funnel would lead to less than ideal results- we're so glad to hear that you were able to resolve this! Have you tried using the hook on the end of your juicer brush to help remove from the chute? The other tip is to pull the pulp tab (on the underneath of the juicer bowl) to release it for clean-up, as this allows water to flow through! Just remember to pop it back in when dry, before reassembling and juicing again. The central piece which does the crushing is quite difficult to remove as requires some arm muscle. Im not convinced the parts will last as they seem too fragile for more fibrous vegies like beetroot and carrots.
