liked the way it was packed, very easy to use.
Don't like the piece of plastic that is at the bottom of the feed shoot, things get stuck on it and you have to use considerable force to clear it.

It got sorted in the end
My MOD appliance was faulty from the first go. My experience with customer care wasn't great. Eventually I was contacted by Julian and things got sorted.

Best instructions ever!
The shipping was prompt.
The packaging was almost too good to open, as every piece was neatly cradled and looking happily rested.
I bought my juicing products, and still was a tad intimidated by how many pieces there were. A few days later, when my overpriced organically grown products were slightly out of code, I knew I had to read the book.
The product manual is easy to follow and I made the best juice ever.
I am super happy with such an awesome product, even more as it’s Aussie proud!!!!!

Nice quiet slow juicer and not too small
I like that tap is built in. The screw doesn't pull produce in as much as I'd expect and like. The sieve for the juice jug seems pretty useless to me and I don't use it - I don't know how that can be improved other than the juice coming out of the spout being finer if possible. The fin inside the feed chute is a real nuisance - surely that could be eliminated. Pieces need to be cut quite small - especially for a modern slow juicer-in order to accommodate the fin. It also feels somewhat flimsy

MOD juicer
This recent purchase was for a replacement part. We have owned the juicer for several years now and it is used regularly from juicing fruits to making almond milk. It has proved to be a most effective and robust juicer and by far the most superior one we have owned. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great unit except for the MOD lettering
The unit works very well. Able to separate all the good juice from the pulp.
Only let down is the tacky MOD signage on the unit. When cleaning with the dishcloth, it tears on the slightly sharp edges of the lettering. Easy fix is to remove the lettering I suppose but for the price one pays, thought they may have got the simple things right. Apart from that, great unit.

This is a great juicer. It is important to watch the videos or read the manual on how to set it up. If you do not do it correctly then it wont produce the results you want. Also it's important to read how to prepare the food. Do all of this correctly and you will get great results..

The simplicity of the appliance and it’s very easy to clean.
I use the juicer every day.
I have made nut milk which has been a success and I don’t have to buy anymore store bought milk with nasties in it.

Fast, Friendly and Fabulous Service
Fabulous Service from Rowena and the Custom Service team. Our fabulous juicer had a minor malfunction and when we contacted MOD the CS team got us sorted in no time with a replacement part, fast and friendly. Now we are back to our breakfast happy place! Thanks MOD :)

Ok but very slow at juicing
Great service. Juicer looks great on our bench. However I do find the juicer to be very slow. I usually juice celery and with this juicer I need to cut the pieces up very thin and the pieces are always getting caught. Seems too time consuming. Other fruit and veg are ok 👍🏻

We are loving our Mod Juicer
What a great juicer. It’s so easy to clean, super quiet and easy to put together and pull apart. It come with a few basic recipes that got me started but now I want more. My husband loves loves the juices and is so pleased, it even looks great on the bench. One of the competitors does a free juice course and has weekly recipes, I would love that also.
