Took me chasing 5 days after order to get my phone sent out. I can live with things going wrong, that is life, but was not responded to when I was confirming when the order was raised. That I don't like, that is deliberate and rude.

I Took my mobile in today with a half hour window to replace my 2 month old smashed iPhone 15 screen at a cost of £149. On my return to collect the phone the owner came out and said good news for you it was the laminated screen saver that was smashed and not the iPhone screen and he had replaced it at a cost of £20. I’ve been using this store for as long as I’ve owned a mobile phone but I was genuinely taken back with their transparency & honesty and complete customer service.

Quick, good service

I went into this store to get my son's screen fixed as it was no longer working. The guy I spoke to (sorry forget his name) was so knowledgeable about Tech and phones, I learnt a lot from listening to him explain things to the lady in front of me.
He gave me all the options for the phone including maybe getting a preowned phone as an option so I had a lot of choice. He then made sure I had a discount for my son being a student (they offer a 20% discount for students and teachers on iPhones) so I knew I was getting the correct price.
I was possibly one of his last customers for the day and he said the phone would be ready by the morning so this was a very speedy service. I wish I'd taken the phone in earlier that day. Would highly recommend.
