MVP + noobs matchmaking system

What’s terrible about this game is a bad matchmaking system, where you are constantly put together with noob players. I end up being MVP in my games, so the system keeps teaming me up with potato teammates, and I can’t win with them. It’s so frustrating.

Very bad developer and customer service!

I have been playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang since 2017 and I own 7 Legend skins, almost all collaboration skins, almost all series skins, almost all Collector and Epic skins, and many other expensive skins as well. Of course, I also own all the Special, Elite, and Basic skins. I also have nearly all of the expensive recalls and the Naruto collaboration tower.
I’ve spent a lot of money on this game.
Three days ago, my account was hacked by someone else, and of course I contacted their customer service (CS). On the first day, CS instructed me to submit proof like my ID, proof of diamond purchases, and so on. I already sent all of that. However, my issue was not resolved.
My account is connected to my three devices: iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 11, and Samsung Tab.
The CS also asked me to provide my Moonton account email and password, and instructed me to switch accounts from the iPhone 11 using an account they gave me. But the account they provided was banned, and I couldn’t connect to my own account on my iPhone 11 at all. I could still log in using my iPhone 15 Pro Max and view the history—and the hacker was still actively playing with my account.
On the second day, I was instructed to do the same thing with my Samsung Tab, and the same thing happened again.
I even tried resetting my iPhone 11 just to be able to enter the game and switch accounts. But when MLBB asked for a verification code to be sent to my email, I never received the code to this day.
Now it’s the third day and they’re still responding to me, asking me to log out from my iPhone 15 Pro Max and to change my Moonton account password through them. I complied and gave them the info, but when I asked for the new password, they never responded to my messages up until now.
It is very clear that they have neglected me and are not taking any responsibility for this matter.
There has been no response at all, let alone any kind of compensation. I really want to sue them, but I don’t know how.
I truly feel robbed, harmed, unappreciated, and disappointed with them.
I hope this game goes bankrupt as soon as possible!

I'm finding the matchmaking system…

I'm finding the matchmaking system frustrating and it's causing me a lot of stress. Many of the lore changes to couples and characters I enjoyed have been destroyed, which diminished my motivation to play, and I'm quite disappointed with the Season 37 update.

Hey I'm having a problem about report y u guys always accept the report of others when they report me even if I get mvp but when I report them when they get bronze u guys always reject the report and accept their abd about network i always lack in the hero pick and I some time unable to login because of network but u guys can't see my problem and I always can't play rank and if I appeal u guys reject it plz mlbb accept my appeal my id 838261301

Terrible service

Terrible service, I’ve been banned from speaking for 30 matches for something that wasn’t even that bad I was just pointing out that the enemy team was cheating and yet somehow I was the one who got banned it’s absolutely ridiculous I want every player on there team banned additionally trying to contact your organisation is impossible you get some ai that doesn’t work 90% of the time ridiculous don’t play this game

I had a double charge to my account…

I had a double charge to my account made a week apart. I contacted apple with my issue and they refunded me no problem due to fraud. I login on legends the following day and they deducted the fraud purchase amount of diamonds from my account causing it to go in the negative drastically. I contacted customer support and sent photo proof of the double charge and explained the situation over and over again simply asking them to set my negative back to zero and they refused. Absolutely abhorrent customer service so guess I have to fork over more money just to be able to use my account

I have been playing for over 3 years, and it is unacceptable that my account was stolen while Moonton refuses to recognize me as the rightful owner. I have tried every possible way to get help – support tickets, different platforms, and even reaching out to the community – but nothing has worked!

No links, no instructions, and no automated messages have helped me so far! If my issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter publicly through gaming forums, content creators, and social media.

I demand immediate action and the recovery of my account!

I like the opportunity to get new skins and that they explained how to use the events and all.
The thing that bothers me is that I am not going afk or feeding or doing any cheats and the violation reports says that I am
Which is bad because I got MVP and still someone got jealous and reported me now I lost BP and all!!
Please fix this issue
