I went to the store in the Red Deer Bower Mall with an Apple ipad that wouldnt hold a re-charge. I had been to Staples in Red Deer and told that there was no battery in the ipad to be replaced and I needed a new ipad. The young men at Mobile Klinic were polite and helpful on the phone and in the store. They replaced the battery and checked things over and it is fine. Good as new. They are friendly and honest.

This is about Mobile Klinik at the HIllside Mall store. I was going into a very busy week October 04-10 and my battery on my Iphone 12 mini was weakening. I called them at 2:00 pm, brought my phone in at 3:15 pm and it was ready at 4:45 pm. It was a reasonable price for a battery replacement and after a few days, my phone was working okay. They even offered a 12 month guarantee from the date of installation. I was served by Swayam C and he was quite helpful from the time I brought my phone in until I picked it up. Invoice number 3064241.

The supreme service I have had from 3 of the employees was great and they went way beyond the call of duty.. I have gone to their location to get my cell phone cleaned up from viruses..
I am a senior and not very techie..they understand that and got right to it. Without judgement; which is greatly appreciated..I decided to buy a new Samsung S25FE, everything was kindly set up for me.
This is the only store that I felt and was treated as a human being....customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this location for cellular help..

Manager/Owner in Sherwood Park is not interested in servicing and keeping his customers. My Iphone needed a new screen in July, the phone was and is working perfectly fine. I wanted to replace with an Iphone screen but would of had to wait 4 days. They replaced screen immediately (for$100) without informing me it had no warranty and apparently could have given me one with lifetime warranty for an extra $29. Meanwhile, the phone screen quits working Sept. 6. I go in, they tell me it was disconnected and reconnect it. It stops working again yesterday Sept. 14. I go in wanting to replace with an Iphone screen and was willing to pay the difference...no can do! Smit Vyus was condescending and not interested at all other than now replacing the screen with a lifetime warranty for yet another $100+ Stay away from Sherwood Park's Mobile Klinik!

Raj at the Terra Losa location in West Edmonton is the best experience I’ve had hands down researching and shopping for a refurbished i phone for my first year high school kid.
He was knowledgeable, honest, polite and genuine. 100% recommended!
He made a stressful week better in under 30 minutes I was all jacked up with the phone and out the door.

One line offered $450 + $10 for a brand new cellphone. When I went there. They examined the cellphone for about 15 min., no fault, because the phone had never been used. Then offered $430. No explanations! Simply, they don't honour their commitment. This was with Mark Mall, Calgary branch. I wasted my time visiting them.

I went to Hillside Mall Mobile Klinik for an upgraded newer refurbished cell phone. The guy, Anyu didn't give me a physical copy of my new Koodoo contract. I also asked for a physical Sim and instead he gave me an e-sim. Anyu was suppose to port over my old cell number to my newer cell phone which he didn't do correctly. I had to come back a few days later, where Yogi helped me. Yogi successfully ported over my cell number and he replaced my Sim at no charge because of Anyu's mistake. Sunny was also helpful at installing a tricky Sim card. If you have any issues just remember to see Yogi or Sunny but not Anyu....I would give them 5 stars but because of Anyu's poor customer service I only give Mobile Klinik Hillside location 4 stars....

I love our experience at the store in Medicine Hat mall! My Sis and I were needing were good sturdy phones. We picked the S24 Ultra and our sales fella treated us like gold. He set up my sister so she didn't have to do a thing. She had a very old phone and he brought her into the 2020s lol. We couldn't have had a more knowledgeable and attentive rep for our needs. We are returning for the 100$ protection bundle that he also recommended. Thank you Mobile clinic.. you are amazing!; And our sales fella was awesome!

I wish I had found this review site before I went to the Erin Mills location. Of course, the testimonials on their website were all excellent. First, I arrived just before their opening time and they were 30 min. late with no apology and very rude. I had a Samsung cell phone that would not turn on and they determined that the screen needed to be replaced. They assured me that this would fix the problem and the phone would be back to normal. I agreed to the new screen at a cost of $250. + tax. After picking up the "repaired" phone it would not connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. When I brought it back they said I would have to pay for the repair to fix that issue which could cost up to $700.! Incredible. They would not give me a credit for the $250. or even a discount on the "new" repair or a new phone. Once again, they were very rude but tried to sell me on a new plan and phone. I am very disappointed that Samsung recommends this place and will never go here again. BTW, I bought a new Samsung A36 $375. on Amazon and am happy with it.

I bought a phone online earlier this year. I've had a messed up iPhone 8 for awhile so of course I would never have noticed if something was supposed to be like that since the start or not. The phones sensitivity was messed from the start, not letting me draw with sensitivity and such. Often times my phone would lock me out because it started to tap on its own screen. I thought new iPhones just had the problem. Eventually one day it locked me out for an hour. I moved passed that. At work I went to text my ride and suddenly the screen was flashing. The phone had a small crack in the corner, which I don't even know where it came from. I theory that the screen was messed from the start. Perhaps done too tight. I took it in, took them 2 weeks to reach out just to blame it on the crack which wasn't even the problem. It was a scratch crack. Plus the phone lost all touch which is most definitely not related to a crack of such minor detail. Warranty is awful. Do not buy from them if you want a phone you can rely on. I am upset they do not cover their mistake on a phone I've paid 600 dollars for.

Really bad return service as described by another user. I asked for the order to cancel on the day of purchase and I got an auto reply that they would cancel it but no confirmation. I sent another email to cancel and I got another auto reply and an email for return details that are not that clear. Now they won't return the phone because it's past it's 15 day return window

I brought my PS4 in to get it cleaned and for more that cooling paste I brought it home and the controllers stopped connecting to my PS4 so we brought it back and they fixed it and now it's working really really good now.

Mobile Klinik cancelled four separate transactions across two buyers for a simple iPhone purchase, with zero warning, zero explanation, and zero customer service. Each time, the order was accepted and payment taken, then cancelled hours later with no notification.

The result: our Mother's Day gift never arrived. $530 held by them for up to 12 business days with no proof of refund, no transaction reference, and no apology beyond a copy-paste response.

Nowhere on their website does it warn you that they may cancel your order for "security reasons" if you are overseas or traveling, then cancel your Interac e-Transfer payments, and that your funds can be withheld for nearly three weeks. This is not a small print issue, it's a fundamental failure of consumer transparency.

I chose Mobile Klinik specifically because of their supposed reputation. Their customer service team was unable to resolve anything or escalate effectively. If you are outside a major urban centre and expecting Canada-wide service, do not bother.

Buy from Orchard or Apple directly. Save yourself the stress.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Mobile Klinik.

Ma commande, pour un iPhone 15 Pro a été annulée automatiquement sans aucune explication claire, alors que le montant avait bien été prélevé. J’ai contacté le service client plusieurs fois : on m’a simplement renvoyé vers des causes « possibles » (VPN, banque, réseau, etc.) sans jamais assumer le problème ni proposer de vraie solution pour finaliser l’achat.

Je suis de passage au Canada et j’avais besoin de recevoir le téléphone avant mon retour en France. Au final, j’ai perdu du temps, l’offre promotionnelle, et je dois maintenant me tourner vers la concurrence.

Service peu fiable et expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande pas.

Pas les plus souriants, mais compétants et professionnels...et des prix raisonnables

Paid 800 for a refurbished iphone in "great" condition. I assumed it had an Apple screen. After I got it, it said "screen not recognized". When I looked in their fine print elsewhere on the site they said they use devices with the high quality third party screens. When the screen shattered a week later from an gentle in-case drop, they said it wasn't covered, and upon getting the screen replaced, the tech pointed out that the after market screen was a cheap, brittle one that said 'HARD' on it's back label.

When I saw a week later that the phone had another issue, I contacted them and they said the warranty was void because I had replaced the screen at another provider (there is no mobile klinik in my area).

It's a real racket, I've had great experiences with Gazelle and companies that share that you're buying a phone with a replaced third party screen.

I bought a good condition pre owned phone from the online store. It arrived with a scratched camera and would not take proper pictures. Mobile Klinik policy has a 15 day return window (which by the way you pay return shipping for) I'm sure glad I did Canada post with a sign option because there has been no response from the company in 2 weeks. There is no phone number only email. After 2 weeks, no refund...crickets. opened a dispute with my credit card company. Never again.
