Great customer service …

I just received a Lexon charger which was supposed to be new in a box but it came loose just wrapped in bubble wrap so I emailed them and told them it looks second hand and I wanted to give it as a Christmas present I received an email saying that this was the last one and it was on display in store. Update since I wrote this I have been told that I will receive a new one in a box in the next few days so I found the customer service very good and I was told that I could keep the other one which they didn't need to do

Had to return item to them

Had to return item to them. Cost me €9.50 post. They have no-one available to receive their post before 10am, and would not collect from the local Sorting office; expected customer to travel from Wexford to retrieve. After some time and a lot of emails I successfully got An Post to redeliver for a third time...
Should have a process to collect their parcels if they are not there to receive them.

We completely understand your frustration and are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused during the return process. However, as the return was initiated due to an incorrect item being ordered, the cost and method of return shipping were in line with our stated return policy.

This situation was quite unusual, and we genuinely appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve it. Please be assured that we made every effort to retrieve the parcel by assigning a team member to collect it directly from the An Post sorting facility, as it was not delivered to our premises. While this caused a slight delay in the refund timeline, we acted promptly once the return was confirmed.

We would also like to clarify that we never requested or expected you to travel from Wexford. Our goal was simply to facilitate a successful redelivery, and we sincerely thank you for working with An Post to help resolve the issue.

Your refund was processed promptly after we retrieved the returned item, and it was completed well within our standard 5–14 business day timeframe.

Samsung plug for charging

Ordered a Samsung plug for charging from Mobile123. Super fast charger worked perfectly for the first month or so. Now doesn't charge at all and makes a very weird buzzing/humming noise too when switched on. Essentially unusable.

Slow 🐌

They have now responded informing me my phone has been dispatched.

Ordered 2 usb c chargers and only 1…

Ordered 2 usb c chargers and only 1 arrived in to me even though the invoice says 2 chargers. No answer when phoning. Sent email but no response.

Update got my second charger today so all good. Prompt resolution to my issue

Got a new fone on mobile 123 it was 100…

Got a new fone on mobile 123 it was 100 euro cheaper than anywhere else I priced.. customer service was 100% was a problem with fast way it was resolved straight away ..I got my emails answered straight away and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Dreadful customer support

Dreadful customer support. Ordered a USB A to lightning cable, it was printed on the order and they sent me a bog standard USB C to lightning.
3 emails and nothing. Wasted 10 euro.
Cannot recommend these people. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dreadful customer service

I ordered a phone charger plug and cable set, and was sent a plug only.
I have sent 5 emails to them and have had no response at all. No acknowledgement, never mind a resolution. Dreadful way to treat a customer

Dreadful rude staff trying to rip people off...
I saw a Firestick 4k Max on their website for €65 with free delivery . I phoned the shop to see if they had one in stock and I was going to call in and collect it and save them posting it to me.
I called in as agreed and the girl told me that it was €69 and not €65 as advertised !!
I showed her their website where it was €65 with free delivery and she said that was for online purchases only. Their website does not say this, it says very clearly "shop collect in Ireland" !!
She then proceeded to shout at me repeatedly to go elsewhere which I did.
In the end I went to Tech World in Upper Liffey Street and bought one for €55.
I have screenshots of their website offering the firestick for €65 and also have the receipt for where I ended up buying it for €55.
Shocking greedy staff in an untrustworthy shop....
