We are happy to give demonstrations on any of the products we stock, most of which are available to take away on the day. We also keep a large stock of tyres, tubes, castors & batteries. We follow every sale through from start to finish ourselves including delivery & setup where required. We sell stairlifts too which are surveyed, fitted & maintained by our own engineers so you always know who you are dealing with. The Handicare 1100 is available from stock so this straight stairlift can be fitted the same day if required. But our service does not end once you have purchased a product either; we offer the very highest standards of aftersales care to give our customers peace of mind, meaning they can enjoy our products without any worries. If you do have a problem with your product, we are only a phone call away, so you don’t have to wait weeks to get it looked at. Because we’re local we’re always there for you. We also offer servicing and repairs on most makes of scooters, powerchairs, stairlifts & wheelchairs even if they haven’t been purchased from us. It’s made from good quality plastic - very sturdy & perfect for my Mum to put her sandwich & cup of tea on & go from the kitchen to the lounge without any spills !

A great small company.
Extremely helpful and Nicola called me back very promptly to answer all the queries I had.
I received delivery of my order in a couple of days.
It was a change to speak to someone who genuinely wanted to be helpful rather than trying to get me off the phone asap as so often happens these days.

Quick delivery fantastic value for money
Speedy dispatch and therefore quick delivery. Ordered Monday evening. With me on Wednesday evening. Ordered black orthopedic walking stick, even better that it had shock absorbing qualities. I have not yet used it for a long day yet but feels comfortable and half the price of the one I was originally looking at. The company delivered quickly the items are as described with lots of choice. Currently spray painting the stick to better suit my personality. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

The company was extremely helpful and l had to wait for it to arrive they said July and July it was they were excellent the delivery excellent was on time. The scooter is excellent for the price long mileage shock exhaubors very comfortable very pleased with my purchase.

we looked at a powered wheel chair from this company the staff shown us different ones and advised us on points we had never thought of, as this was a first time we had purchased a chair
they came 2 days later to my mothers home with the chair to do an assessment to make sure every thing was ok. the service from the team at this company from the shop staff to the lady who came out was exceptional nothing was to much trouble for all of them .
they took are payment after we were happy that everything was ok with the chair the service was brilliant a big thank you to all your staff

A great service by great staff
A great service by great staff, Becky at Blaby in particular went the extra mile when helping sort minor repairs. She constantly updated me by telephone and was always polite and courteous and was empathetic and understanding. Thankyou! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company for great customer service.
