Ordered a replacement charging port assembly as well as back adhesive. Only communication received was that the order was "complete" with no further updates provided.
After seeing other similar experiences of UK buyers, I had to do a chargeback via my credit card who upheld the claim.

UK Order
Ordered part to the UK. Company has no phone number and never replied to my email requesting tracking information. The part turned up in the end but took the best part of 2 weeks. Genuinely thought it was a scam due to the very limited availability but much higher than standard cost and also total lack of communication. I don't plan to use again unless I really need to.

The part shown in the image from their website contains all components (resistors, capacitors and IC) but the part I've received lacks all those components. I've paid 30 euros being confident I was going to receive what I saw advertised but instead received the same part that you can get from EBay under 15 euros. It has been already 3 weeks without a single reply from them. I strongly advise to purchase elsewhere and totally avoid them.

Ordered two batteries, which I tested and unfortunately did not work correctly. That's not so bad - you can sometimes catch a defective batch.
Unfortunately, however, the support has not responded after two requests (with an interval of 3 weeks) for refund or sending new spare parts...
If the support of a dealer does not react to defective goods, this sends wrong signals!

Ordered charge port for mate 20 lite and paid.Recieved a email in Dutch from GSM(possibly a sister company) unable to translate, but it appears to be asking for payment again.Asked for translation no reply,contacted mobie numerous times no reply,still waiting.very poor customer service,wondering if I have been scammed.
All mail to mobie gets returned as not deliverable.contacted GSM on Facebook no reply after,sent email as info says "if no reply after 24hrs then send email"no reply after another 24 hrs.As of today 7 Dec I have sent at least 10 emails all the same,let's see if they can be bothered to contact me.Order placed and paid for 23 Nov. Still no goods sent or any reply.now 12th of sept nothing arrived.eventually got a email from GSM saying item sent check my post box.sent 5 more emails asking for either a new part to be sent or refund.These guys don't seem to give a s**t.Dont buy anything from them as if is the way I am treated then you could end up the same.

Mobie charged me 26.44 euros inclusive of delivery.w.t.f.Well it's now 30/12/22 and guess what they haven't contacted me despite numerous emails so I haven't got the right board or my money back

Malfunctioning item, no replacement, and terrible customer service.
On 13.01.2022 I ordered one Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra (G3221) LCD Display + Touchscreen - Black, the order number is #638145. When the item arrived it was not working, I wrote the company an email reporting the issue and asking for a address to send it back and get a replacement. I received no mailing address. Instead I was required to send pictures of the item, which I did, and then received no reply. As a matter of fact I had to order the same item again. I would still like to send the broken item back and get a refund. Mobie Parts' return policy stablishes that I must receive a mailing address, a return authorization, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to go be able to complete the return. I need Mobie Parts to provide those three pieces of information, so that I can send the malfunctioning item back.

Dat ik per abuis het verkeerde type had besteld, valt natuurlijk alleen (en vooral) mezelf te verwijten. Morgen gauw het goede scherm bestellen en het verkeerd bestelde retour. Overigens, de fysieke winkel is in Rotterdam.
