Vandaag ontdekt dat ook bij mij €43,32 gereserveerd staat (met herhaling)) op mijn visa creditcard. Ook in maart werd zo’n bedrag in rekening gebracht. Bedrijf zelf antwoordt dat het om een ander bedrijf gaat. Heb inmiddels ook nieuwe creditcard aangevraagd. Ken het bedrijf helemaal niet en weet ook niet op welke wijze ik een abonnement zou hebben genomen. Ben in deze handel totaal niet geïnteresseerd. Heeft iemand een tip hoe dit anderzins aan te pakken?

FRAUD! I never took out a subscription, yet $49.99 is being charged to my credit card. It is incomprehensible how this is possible and how they get away with it. The only way to get rid of this is to request a new credit card as soon as possible. It is a scam, and credit card companies are happily going along with it!

I do not know this company. No app or contract. Nothing. Nevertheless they charge my account on a monthly basis and they do not answer my mails.

Mi-au fost luati 49.99 USD din cont fara autorizarea mea. nu am avut niciodata abonament la mob.faceyoga.fit si nici macar nu am stiut ca exista. Acesta este un site de hoti.

Das ist eine Fake-Betrugsfirma, ich war weder auf der Seite dieser Firma, noch habe ich eine Dienstleistung oder Waren bestellt oder beauftragt.

Er is een bedrag van 34,16 euro van mijn rekening afgeschreven zonder dat ik iets besteld had. Dit zijn duidelijk oplichters. Ik heb melding gemaakt bij de Consumentenbond.

Cette societe a debité la somme de 47€ sur ma carte de credit alors que je n'ai rien demandé, j'ai du faire annuler ma carte de credit et en recommander une autre. tout cele apres avoir lu leur publicité mensongère sur internet.
si vous voyez un site de face yoga sur des jeux, surtout fuyez, car ce sont des voleurs.

On 16/4/2025 i made by mistake a deal of 39.99$ on an internet advertisement of face yoga.
My last 4 numbers of my credit card are 2107.
I admit that it was my fault and i will be more than happy if this problem it will not charge my Mastercard credit card.

Es una estafa, no me he suscrito a nada y me están cargando cada me 80€

Gedurende 2 maanden wordt er maandelijks 37.22 van mijn rekening afgeschreven.
Ik heb aan de bank en de klantenservice van Apple gevraagd of dit rekeningnummer geblokkeerd kan worden. Beiden zeggen dat ze hier niets aan kunnen doen.
Er wordt geld van je gestolen en kunnen hier niets mee omdat er geen app is om te gebruiken.
Dit is OPLICHTING!!!
Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen met mob.faceyoga.fit om te proberen me geld terug te krijgen, maar beweren niet achter dit bankaccount te zitten wat op Cyprus gevestigd is.

For 2 months, 37.22 is being debited from my account every month.
I have asked the bank and Apple customer service if this account number can be blocked. Both say that they can do nothing about this.
Money is being stolen from you and they can do nothing with it because there is no app to use.
This is SCAM!!!
I have tried to contact mob.faceyoga.fit to try to get my money back, but they claim not to be behind this bank account which is located in Cyprus.
