The company is an absolute joke! Accept a home from these cowboys with caution. Damp, black mould, clueless staff and worthless managers!

Now they have sunk to even lower depths.
They have applied to the Bromley County Court to seek an injunction relating to my reviews of them and my emails complaining about the substandard service they provide and they fabricated accusations of antisocial behaviour to reinforce the case. This reeks of revenge for the claim against them back in 2023.
They have relied on hearsay from a certain individual who has made false claims against me with no proof. This is how the world works. I am a member of the free speech union and will be taking this up with them. I have even been accused of inciting violence. How low can people stoop.

Horrible landlords.

When this company took over the supported housing I live in everything went to pot.

Shirk all responsibilities constantly blaming previous landlords or previous support company.

Even simple things like asking them to repair or replace the fridge that was provided when I came to this furnished supporting housing takes a long time to get any answers, and whatever the problem is the answer is always no.

When Samantha Turner Brown first attended the property after taking over she snubbed and ignored me.

I stood there waiting for an introduction but she just stared me down.

I just went into my flat after that.

She still gives me the evils from her car in the wing mirror now.

Awful company, I notice they haven’t claimed either of these Trust Pilot’s about them.

If I could give a minus star rating I would give minus 5.
Moat are a totally useless firm that gives contracts to companies that are totally incompetent to carry out basic repairs let alone major ones.
We had a boiler failure in mid December the heating company came out and have done a minor repair so we had partial heating, this has still not been totally repaired, and if we get another cold spell all 72 flats will be suffering yet again. Electric Heaters were supplied and we were told to get a Temporary Heating Form from Moat. We have asked Moat at least 4 times but no forms as yet. The Management at Moat are slow to react to anything and the 3rd party companies that do the maintenance are out of a Walt Disney Animated movie. Moat Management are grossly incompetent in doing anything for the Residents, all they worry about is there rent each week, Residents to them are a nuisance, except the financial aspect. The Victorians were more educated in Housing than Moat. Would not trust an employee of Moat to run a bath let alone a company.

Absolutely useless customer service.
All promises and no action whatsoever. Quick to take your rent and fee's but then do Absolutely nothing when there's issues.
If I could give -1 star I would.
