Arrived on time, assembled same day, very pleased

Do not buy from this company ordered wardrobes 1st September told being delivered 16th September after threatening to cancel via PayPal never delivered, contact number is voicemail, delivery company I think is same company and has no contact number. Will not reply to any voicemails no emails and no chats on there page unless you add items to your basket and checkout then they suddenly message 😡😡😡 filed claim via paypal

Delivery went smooth sailing as did the gentleman who assembled it. I am very happy with the service and the quality. Highly recommended and will definitely be using MN Furniture again.

Delivery was fast and although 7pm had passed I still got a phone call at 8.30pm to say they were so sorry they were late but could they still deliver. They were lovely delivery men and had a long journey home. I was so pleased to have it that evening. Although there is a lot of info on each diagram and it’s easy to miss bits it went together well. It was a bit heavy to lift upright once we had constructed it on its front but it’s lovely quality and so sturdy. We are very pleased with it and my daughter loves it.

Did not arrive. Ordered it on facebook gave all my details. Possible scammers buyer beware do not put any deposit down - they asked the following day even though it was Cash on Delivery when ordering the day before and no deposit was asked then.

They are SCAMMERS,dont buy anything from this company,no customer service they dont take your calls or reply email,messages..AVOID. want to rate them in minus if possible..

It's a good quality sofa but they sent me the arm rest which doesn't fit in I've sent them a email no one replied yet it's been 3 days

Please read the reviews and do not purchase from this company. The customer service is appalling and they have not delivered my product or given me my money back.

Was told it was delivery within 2 days and a £10 deposit to book delivery. 4 weeks on and heard nothing every time we text they say the delivery company will contact us directly. AVOID

I purchased a high gloss wardrobe from them recently. They are very good at processing and delivering the order but unfortunately their service ends there. The wardrobe arrived with no proper receipt as promised, no proof of warranty in addition to missing parts and few chipped shelves. I reported it immediately and I was told someone will get back to me. They kept waffling then blocked me. I would certainly recommend avoiding them. They offer a fake warranty and they don't care about customer satisfaction. It is a stressful experience.

AWFUL. Would have given 0 stars if I could. Absolute joke of a business, the people on the phone are rude and unhelpful, when they finally answer.
Wardrobe arrived damaged, they were not interested in helping or replacing. They ignore your calls and messages, in a shocking fashion, I’ve never experienced anything like it.
SCAMMERS they literally take your money and run.

You are scammers and I went through hell just to receive my wardrobe which I never got delivered on the delivery day. Customer service is very poor and the people at the other end of the phone are rude. I have never gone through so much hell with a company before just to get a wardrobe. My messages was constantly ignored but could see some one on line looking at my messages. Also realised that the reviews was fake. I will never order from this company again

If I could I would give -5*. Bought a wardrobe and bedside draws from these a week ago and runners were missing and damaged from the draws. The wardrobe backing was not cut right. Half the fittings were missing. I messaged the company on whatsapp and although he's read the message he refuses totally to acknowledge my messages. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ROGUE TRADERS NEED INFORMING

Paid for a soda to be told it was out of stock, so why was my money taken if the item was not available? Offered a different sofa which I didn’t like and informed MN furniture in writing that I don’t want the alternative and would like a refund. Wrote several times making this request and don’t even have the curtesy to reply!! I am having to go to my bank in order to dispute the transaction because this company toke my money and failed deliver or refund!!
Horrendous experience and will avoid and never deal with or recommend this company to anyone.

They ignored you once you've paid. I'm making a claim in small claims court towards Navid Ahmeh Bhatti and Rana Tahir Iqabakl who are the directors.

Recently bought 2 wardrobes from this company. As other reviewers have said, the wardrobes were decent. But the assembly and instructions not easy. ABOVE ALL MN FURNITURES HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER ON A LED LIGHT. WHEN THEIR SO CALLED 24 HOUR HELP LINE WAS CONTACTED, THE RESPONSE WAS UNHELPFUL, ABRUPT AND TO DATE THE MISSING LED LIGHT HAS NOT ARRIVED.

I received my Chesterfield-sofa’s in less than a week, couldn’t believe the quality of them considering they were 400 pounds cheaper than everywhere else, fantastic company very happy!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTELY USULESS. Promised assembly. Once delivered they are rude and ignorant. They lie and fob you off stay away!!!
