My partner and I hired MLC to do a spousal application but we decided not to go ahead with said application less than a month later. They quickly collected payment but when we asked whether or not we’d get a refund for services NOT rendered we couldn’t get a straight answer. We called, wrote emails and left messages only to get the run around for 3 months. We patiently waited tried to be understanding. I am not pleased that they charged nearly half of our fee to NOT file ANYTHING on our behalf. Let this be a warning to all.

When she initially reached out I was so hesitant, and honestly given up on doing my ILR application as I’d been told I probably wouldn’t be able to (another provider told me unless I signed up and paid fees to find out they couldn’t tell me more). Sam is very good and will put a smile on you and your family’s face just like she did for me. I am a single mum with skilled worker visa and I needed my children to join me. I have no contact with the father of my children nor where he is.
In summary, Sam assisted me with the second visa application after my children’s visa were refused the first time I did it by myself. At the second attempt which Sam assisted me with the whole process, my children’s visa were approved and they are now with me.

MLC supported me through a protracted fight with the Home Office in obtaining a tourist VISA for my Colombian friend after the UK suddenly reinstated the requirement for Colombians to have tourist VISAs at the end of December 2024. From Tameem’s oversight and strategic advice to Courtney’s excellent and fully comprehensive application and supporting documents, the service and advice was excellent. When the Home Office sent an error ridden reply and refused the initial application, Tameem advised on options. After a complaint was not upheld we started a Pre Action Protocol for Judicial Review which finally forced the Home Office to revisit the application and, after three months, grant the VISA and issue an apology. MLC supported from start to finish. Five stars and highly recommended.
