Incompetent Recruitment - No Introduction, Invasive Questions, and Hung Up

I had a 57-second call with Angelica Velazquez that was completely unprofessional from start to finish. She called early in the morning and—without even introducing the company, her name, or pitching the role—immediately launched into an interrogation about my Class A history, the Clearinghouse, and SAP programs for a role she stated was non-CDL.
When I told her to stop asking a bunch of qualifying questions and to just send the query if she needed it, she claimed I had a "horrible attitude" and hung up in my face before I could even address her total lack of customer service or a professional introduction. As a 6-year veteran driver, I know the process, and this recruiter clearly does not. She is driving away qualified talent by being invasive and disrespectful. If you want to be interrogated by someone who doesn’t even have the manners to introduce their company before hanging up on you, call MK & United. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

Wasnt rated a one star because my car at least made it and wasnt several days late but only one day late. The issue is my car didnt have a huge crack on my windshield prior to being picked up by them, upon delivery it had a huge crack across the driver side of the front windshield. This company has used every excuse they can come up with to not cover the cost of damages for a new windshield which is over 1400 for my car even though there was CLEAR PROOF that the crack wasnt there before they still deny it. I would avoid this company if you can.
