I made a purchase on eBay from this company for an item listed for $99.95 and received my purchase confirmation email. Then today I received another email stating that they "no longer carry the item" and they cancelled my order. I went back to eBay to find another one but found that this same company has the item I originally ordered listed for sale at $1,099. When I clicked on it a message across the top of the description states "you already purchased this item". This company is FALSLY ADVERTISING prices and cancelling orders to relist at a much higher price. I will be reporting the issue to the BBB.

I ordered the wrong timing belt. Turns out the Subaru engine in my vw vanagon is not a 1999 like the PO said it was, it's a 1998 which has a smaller timing belt and different lower idler. The tech at Mizumo helped me work out what I had and needed and then sent the correct belt and idler AT NO CHARGE! Awesome service.

Mizumo auto sold me defective parts and won't accept responsibility. I'm a 20 year Nissan Master Technician and purchased the head gasket and timing belt set for my 89 Mazda MX-6 in May 2024. I only got 5000k miles and 11 months service out of their product and the belt failed and caused more severe engine damage bending my valves! I both wrote to them with no satisfactory reply and when I called to explain the situation they hung the phone up on me! This is the worst customer experience I've ever encountered and is extremely unprofessional! Seeing as I do my own service on my Antique vehicle I only requested the required 300.00 I parts to fix my cherished Mazda. Now I hope my review costs them 100x that amount and I intend to file suit for the parts and Labor now! DO NOT TRUST MIZUMO AUTO.COM
