Poor customer service.

I'm a little cautious of this place now. I purchased some samples first to see what the service would be like given it was my first purchase and the main scent I wanted wasn't sent - another random fragrance was sent instead. I reached out via the contact form with no response. I reached out via chat where they said the replacement would be sent and I haven't gotten any confirmation or tracking info. I reached out via email and no response. I can't say I would recommend given the customer service and product accuracy is poor. I wouldn't trust making a $300+ purchase on a fragrance with them.
Update(March 2026) – my primary concern with this business is their customer service or lack thereof. Sending an incorrect item is an honest mistake. They rectified that mistake by sending a replacement. However, sharing a person’s mailing address on TrustPilot in a defensive response to my review is not. After I pointed this out, they removed the street so I attempted to give them another try. There was an extremely delayed response to an issue I had with redeeming the reward I earned. Their response to that customer service inquiry was to say, “After reviewing your recent interactions and feedback we’ve decided we’re unable to fulfil further orders for you.” The 5 plus exchanges via email (Gabriel/Lidia) where they tried to bully me into changing my review made me realize that it was a poor decision to try and patronize this “small family owned” business again. They need a serious overhaul in their operations/customer service. While I respect the decision not to fulfill further orders my concern regarding reward was never addressed. Poor experience overall and I’m sure more people would know this if there were Google reviews available.

I was very unhappy with my product

I was very unhappy with my product. I reviewed and explained why I was unhappy. Nobody responded to me.
Now I'm even more unhappy.
Don't ask for reviews if you're not going to respond to customer's problems. I am now an ex customer.
ETA: I read your response, which was the first I've gotten since my complaint. I did not receive any emails with a return sticker. Even if I had, I wouldn't have been able to do anything with it, since I can't print stickers from my email. I checked my spam folder to see if these emails got diverted. The only things in my spam folder are promotional ads for mix perfume.

Poor Response time and Customer Service

I have sent 2 emails to Mixperfume and still no response, and I put in a order on the 2nd of March, and it said it was fulfilled on the 3rd, while I still have no products and the shipping has not updated that anything has even been picked up yet since the 4th, this is not a good look and may even lose a customer, although it seems they don’t care about this.

Disgusting attitude towards customers

Disgusting attitude towards customers: they write that the order has been delivered, but this is not true. I never received one order with Baccarat Rouge perfume, they promised to send a replacement, but they never did; Chanel Noir perfume arrived three days late, although I was notified that the order had been delivered. No feedback! This company does not care about its customers, they do not respond, although for some reason they have a feedback form on their website.

Horrible customer service from this…

Horrible customer service from this company. They do not follow through when there are problems with orders. I waited 5 months for them to finally refund my money because a package never arrived even after the owner told me he would send tracking numbers and all that. The owner told me specifically he was going to make it right but didn't follow through on what he said he was going to do. Again horrible customer service, just hope there are no problems with your order cause they don't care at that point, they have your money already.**UPDATE** The reason for posting this message was mainly due to the fact they dropped the ball in the end of all this because the owner did not carry through with what he said,and I have those emails. Before I posted this I was going to show a friend the website and I tried to go to their website and my location is blocked so I am not able to visit their site. I assure you I never once was rude with them, I just got tired of checking back every month for 5 months wondering why I never received a package or tracking number like the owner promised. Unreal how people deal with their wrongdoings, business is not what it use to be.

I had such a great experience buying…

I had such a great experience buying fragrances my first time I had to buy more a second time and I plan on buying again my only complaints are they are little more pricey than other company’s out there but to be fair I’ve never shopped with other company’s so I don’t know the quality I just know based of prices on websites and only other complaint is that they don’t fully label the bottles I had purchased a Aventus cologne and it only said Aventus I believe they sent the right one just didn’t add cologne to the label , thank you
